Technical Services Coordinator (full-time contract to hire)

Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and have excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and directly with customers. To perform this job successfully, the individual must have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience in Inside Sales or Order Management. Occasional travel and after hours/weekend work may be required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Responsible for daily order entry and task status tracking of delivery services into the Service Delivery Management Application tool
· Drive successful delivery of services after customer contact – based on resource availability and skill and recognition of travel arrangements and expense.
· Maintain Project calendars.
· Drive utilization of engineering resources and project delivery schedules
· Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within the organization
· Maintains the Service Delivery Management Application tool and associated reporting tools
. Interfaces with sales & customers for order and delivery verification
· Interfaces with project management team, Professional Services Engineers and Consultants for resource scheduling
· Provides reports and regular updates to Professional Services Managers on order status and resource scheduling
· Must be able to think outside the box and come up with creative ways of accomplishing goals
. Compile summary documents, e.g. Management Summary, Delivery metrics, Customer Acceptance docs, etc
