Channel Impact is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for taking various product category and communications briefs and generating unique, creative, and original content that garners attention and facilitates clear communication with targeted market segmentations. This role will help deliver our brand promise to the marketplace so a passion for creative storytelling is critical! Besides owning the strategy for blog content and social media communications, the content marketing specialist will help maintain website and create conference materials, media bylines, sales content and more.
This is a full time salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
What you will do:
Experience writing personalized content that engages audiences and compels them to take action.
Champion and defend our brand and product voice, regardless of other priorities.
Write and repurpose on-brand copy and messaging for digital marketing collateral; edit to fit placement.
Collaborate with Creative to deliver finished pieces.
Ensure all creative deliverables align with key marketing initiatives, meet campaign goals and remain consistent across digital platforms.
Ensure messaging builds the brand through tone, style and content.
Proofread content for grammar, spelling, usage, and accuracy for themselves and teammates.
Collaborate with internal and external content creators.
Develop content campaign plans supporting TOF, MOF & BOF material.
Develop content campaign plans.
Meet all deadlines and milestones for efficient delivery of copy to reviewers and stakeholders.
What you will bring:
5 to 7 years experience in digital copywriting on the agency or client side, including headlines, banners, and ad copy.
A writing portfolio demonstrating the responsibilities outlined above.
SEO experience
Cyber Security or GRC experience is highly recommended.
Solid understanding of the nuances of communications positioning for digital communication.
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple projects going simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience creating, editing, content development and copywriting.
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and push ahead with projects with minimal oversight.
Ability to write within brand & editorial guidelines, messaging and positioning for different markets, products, offers and placements.
Ability to develop, produce and deliver clear, persuasive, original content that resonates with various target audiences in a unique and differentiating way.
Ability to create content that aligns with customer needs and interests, as well as corporate objectives.
Able to coordinate multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines.
Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure.
Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field.

You're a great fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience
Deep analytical roots: you use frameworks, data, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to help structure the team's thinking, facilitate alignment across multiple senior stakeholders and reach insightful, actionable answers to challenging and ambiguous problems
A strong understanding of core Marketing functions, objectives, and KPIs
Detailed familiarity with Salesforce, and an understanding of how key Sales and Marketing metrics are derived from data in Salesforce
An appreciation for the importance of user experience when it comes to consuming data - you understand that dashboard building is more than just showing the right numbers
Hands-on experience coordinating projects across the business to identify areas of improvements, and implement solutions
