Channel Impact is hiring a Public Relations Manager to join our team. In this role you will be role is responsible for supporting and executing exciting and creative PR initiatives, thought leadership campaigns, new product launches, industry and solution awards, and customer success campaigns. You will join a small but fierce global communications team, and also work in partnership with the global marketing teams and sales organizations.


This is a full time 5 month contract opportunity.



What You Will Be Doing:

Play a key role in overseeing and managing PR programs and be part of the wider global communications team driving value for the business.
Develop PR programs and campaigns that support stakeholder objectives and business goals.
Collaborate with the communications team on joint product, customer and thought leadership launches and media opportunities.
Manage activities, deliverables and progress towards quarterly KPIs for external agency partners in the US and Canada.
Manage external comms voice/tone, working with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistency through both written and verbal communications.


What You Bring to The Team:

7+ years PR experience in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment (agency or in-house), engaging a wide variety of stakeholders and business partners.
Extensive knowledge of the enterprise technology space and the business and technology challenges facing relevant decision makers in today's digital world.
Proven experience in managing communication programs that span executive thought leadership, technical innovation and customer success for enterprise technology companies.
Experience of managing and executing PR campaigns and PR agencies with a clear understanding of cultural and market nuances.
Deft storyteller capable of memorable narrative development and campaign ideation.
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Adept at engaging successfully and influencing at all levels of the company.
Outstanding attention to detail and impeccable organisational and administrative skills.
Self-starter, strong sense of initiative, fearless marketer, bold decision maker, and great team player.
Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations or communications preferred.
