We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager for our client's strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be a seasoned marketer with experience across the marketing disciplines, a strategic thinker and a natural learner, who is collaborative and committed to excellence in every respect.

This is a full time, salaried, 6 month contract opportunity, with possibility to extend, for a remote worker residing in the Pacific Time Zone.

What You Will Do:

Supports the business in building and driving awareness, thought leadership, demand, acquisition and customer retention through multi-channel broad and account-based marketing (ABM) activities.
Leads the development of end-to-end plans including campaign strategy, customer journeys, content plan, marketing mix, investments and key metrics.
Develops world-class ABM strategies in conjunction with Sales that deliver measurable outcomes.
Utilize digital marketing, social media and other tactics in coordination with those marketing teams to develop a deep understanding of the key accounts, their influencers and decision- makers, to target them efficiently and effectively with optimum value propositions and messaging to generate interest and engagement.
Establishes close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sales, other marketing functions, and Partner teams.
Drives innovation within a team by working with campaign managers to execute out-of-the box campaigns that create emotional connections with customers.
Communicates campaign strategies, plans and results to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Manages overall team budget. Ensures plans meet brand/awareness, performance, account engagement and impact target metrics.

What You Bring:

Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and relationship management.
Experience in developing and working successfully in partnership with sales teams, product marketing, channel marketing and other internal stakeholders, interfacing at all levels.
Experience building & leading marketing strategy and managing highly leveraged, measurable marketing initiatives in a matrixed environment. Ability to influence at the senior leadership level.
Exceptional project management experience with marketing campaigns at all phases of deployment, balancing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines for deliverables.
Knowledge of reporting techniques with the ability to provide relevant, accurate data and analyses to influence business planning and strategy.
Keen understanding of social media etiquette and how to use various platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to build credibility, network effectively and generate leads.
Candidate should have 8+ years' marketing experience in B2B technology products or services strongly preferred.
Experience managing budgets and respect for company spending processes.
Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
ITSMA ABM Certification or training is preferred.

We are looking for a self-driven, passionate director of engineering to lead our engineering efforts and help us continue to build great products that are loved by our customers. To be successful in this role, you should be confident managing our teams while, at the same time, setting goals, budgets and timelines for various projects. You must be versed in agile development and have a very strong technical background and ideally prior experience as a product development engineer. Prior experience developing production cloud services or large distributed systems as well as experience with data or storage management will make you especially attractive.


Responsibilities

• Oversee design and development of products to manage billions of files and petabytes of data across data centers and cloud storage providers.
• Manage development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines
• Deliver products on time and with excellent quality and performance
• Ensure compliance with security regulations
• Monitor reliability and performance of products and drive improvements
• Report metrics that quantify development efficacy & quality of the product
• Attract and hire top grade engineers and coordinate their training & development
• Maintain a healthy, aggressive but fun working environment
• Work hand in hand with product management to design strategies for future development projects based on the company's objectives and resources
• Implement innovative technologies, especially technologies for cloud services
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
• Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment
• Prepare and manage the engineering department's budget


Requirements
• Work experience as a director of engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
• Good understanding of agile methodologies
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent people management skills
• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field

What You Will Do:

Leads the development of end-to-end plans including campaign strategy, customer journeys, content plan, marketing mix, investments and key metrics.

What You Bring:
