We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager. This is a critical role that is focused on driving audience engagement throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate has a growth marketing mindset and requires a strong background in email marketing, drip and nurture programs via marketing automation and ABM.

This is a salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S or Canada.

What you do:

Own and oversee the email marketing strategy and develop highly engaging email programs and nurture flows that effectively communicate with prospects and customers at each stage of the buyer's journey throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsible for always-on nurture flows, drip programs and pipeline engagement throughout the customer lifecycle as differentiated by product, solution, buyer, etc.
Define and drive the strategy for improving email impact on pipeline generation and expanding our ability to market directly to key decision makers.
In partnership with marketing operations, establish marketing automation capabilities as a repeatable and scalable engine for outbound marketing.
Leveraging industry best practices, lead the creative development of email templates and landing pages with an internal creative team. Drive continuous improvement through a consistent testing strategy (template formats, layouts, subject lines, copy, landing pages, etc.) while iterating quickly to optimize across all email metrics including deliverability, open, click-to-open, CTRs, opt-out rates, bookings and revenue.
Manage and maintain the forward looking email calendar to ensure alignment against email strategy, define and catalog for types of emails (operational, promotional, newsletters, etc.), while incorporating industry best practices for touch frequency, messaging, a/b testing, etc.
Partner with marketing operations to develop the end-to-end email deployment process including SLAs, email template creation, translations & localization, QA testing, etc. and socialize with key stakeholders across the organization.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and in alignment with other channels such as social, paid, website, virtual experiences and events, develop the email strategy and design for persona and product driven drip and nurture flows leveraging data insights, data enhancement/augmentation, and progressive profiling.
Ensure email messaging, content, and CTAs resonate with customers through ongoing testing and validation.
Build historical email channel performance, set KPIs and benchmarks to measure campaign effectiveness with standardized reporting and dashboards. Provide visibility and socialize program and email channel performance with actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Work with key stakeholders, define our segmentation strategy by persona, buyer, segment, etc. Analyze, understand and evolve our segmentation / targeting strategy and data within the marketable database.
Collaborate with marketing operations to track and report on database health metrics, including growth & engagement, plus maintain compliance with global data regulations.

What you bring:

8+ years in demand generation or field marketing managing email marketing or nurture programs preferably in the B2B technology space.
Deep knowledge of CRM marketing, marketing automation tools and campaign reporting in relation to email marketing and automated nurture programs.
Experience with experimentation (e.g. A/B tests, multivariate tests) and comfort with data analysis and/or working with analysts to measure marketing impact.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively translate business strategies into tactical communications plans.
Experience writing customer-facing copy focused on conversion.
Interpersonal skills to help build and nurture collaborative relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.
Strategic problem solver with ability to develop and manage tactical execution plans that keep the customer at the center, drive higher engagement with prospects and customers, and deliver on key objectives.
Experience working for a Tech company.
Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized and responsive.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business Administration

The Role
As a key marketing stakeholder for Megaport's strategic channel partners globally, you will manage and deliver campaigns that raise awareness, create demand, and drive revenue.
 
Engaging with the world's top Cloud Service Providers, Hyperscalers, Alliances and Service Enablers, you will apply your extensive partner marketing experience, technology background, and creative campaigning skills to deliver successful end-to-end joint marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Channel Marketing.

What you will be doing

    • Partner GTM and Joint Marketing – Collaborate with the assigned partner segment on the creation of joint solution value propositions and messaging. Drive the internal and external go-to-market strategy and execution with the use of Megaport's PartnerVantage program where appropriate.
    • Budget - Own and manage the marketing budget for your partner segment.
    • Partner Relations and Success – Grow relationships, support QBRs and inspire leaders from key partners to ensure Megaport is positioned well and that the partners see a successful business opportunity in front of them.
    • Content Marketing – Develop and manage a library of internal and external partner resources (i.e. use cases, partner stories, solution briefs, slide presentations, business and technical white papers, web and social content, etc.) relevant to your partner segment. Support partner segment with customized campaigns.
    • Reporting – Own internal communications, dashboards and confluence postings.
    • Strategy and Insights – Analyze market and company data alongside partner strategies to define opportunities, audiences, objectives, threats, and priorities.
    • Ensure partner marketing materials align with SEO and Megaport branding.
    • Ensure partner initiatives comply with Megaport Information Security & Legal requirements.
  • What we are looking for

      • B.A. or other relevant undergraduate degree required – MBA a plus.
      • 6+ years of enterprise B2B channel marketing experience.
      • A proven channel marketing expert, adept at managing partners of all sizes.
      • A solid understanding of cloud, data centers, networking, and enterprise IT.
      • Extensive experience with multi-touch campaigns for both technical and non-technical audiences, from prospect to advocacy.
      • Exposure to marketing automation software (e.g. Marketo) and major BI and analytics software technologies.
      • Player-coach required – Must be enthusiastic about developing the plan and doing the work.
      • Very strong written and communications skills with an innate attention to detail.
      • Willingness to travel within the United States.

Channel Impact is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting our client's effort in orchestrating the treatment of leads created across the company. This is a salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S or Canada.

What you will do:

Assess and identify areas for lead funnel conversion improvement, from data insights that inform lead scoring to the lead qualification process and handoff with the sales teams.
Ensure all leads, regardless of status, are engaged in a progression of marketing campaigns designed to nurture, re-activate and progressively move through the funnel.
Partner with Sales to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up, build a consistent feedback loop, and continuously improve and optimize lead management.
Hold weekly lead funnel reviews with key stakeholders to project upcoming lead volumes, review existing lead status including compliance with service level agreements, and identify/program manage initiatives for optimizing conversion to pipeline.
Work in partnership with campaign, field and solutions teams, build and tune the sales engagement playbooks and call scripts run by the lead qualification teams.
Develop sales enablement materials and deliver training for global field sales, inside sales teams, and partners.
Provide insight to campaign and field marketing leadership which programs are generating pipeline and bookings and recommendations to fine tuning performance.
Rationalize and coordinate outbound call campaigns across sales and 3rd party agencies.
In partnership with Marketing Operations, implement new automation capabilities to help scale lead qualification and improve customer experience.
Primary marketing business partner to the sales and field marketing team, acting as the focal point for coordinating and enabling customer engagement efforts with marketing activities
Outline the insights needed for marketing operations to establish a common set of dashboards and performance metrics used for used continuous lead treatment improvement
Conduct monthly lead funnel reviews for each theater highlighting lead funnel impact, goal attainment, opportunities for improvement and status of in-flight initiatives
Conduct quarterly business reviews with marketing and sales leadership highlighting successes, challenge, and go-forward initiatives and recommendations

Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of marketing automation and best practices for funnel development.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement programs (e.g., Xant, Outreach, etc.).
Strong leader with experience driving data-driven decision making with cross-functional teams
Ability to assess cross-functional program opportunities for sales and recommend program prioritization based on impact metrics.
Curiosity to quickly learn sales processes and understand where to increase marketing campaign effectiveness and help drive efficiencies to reduce time to connect and sales cycle time to close

Be responsible for planning the client's global quarterly webinar calendar of live, 3rd party and on-demand events in partnership with integrated marketing and field marketing, diving deep into performance analytics to optimize program results and develop a standard set of best practices (based on industry standards), dashboards and performance benchmarks.
Manage and enhance the client's webinar experience by identifying and implementing an enhanced features toolkit including chat capabilities, polling, online Q&A, surveys, moderation, gamification and tech support.

POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Operations Manager (OM) is critical in ensuring smooth, the day-to-day functions of our organization. The OM is the first point of contact for people who call or visit the office. The OM reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will support the organization through a variety of administrative functions during regular business hours. This person must thrive working as part of a small team, and will need to effectively manages multiple projects and tasks and keep them on track.

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended as a comprehensive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

General Administrative Support:

 

● Serving as the first point of contact for people visiting or calling the organization and directing them to the appropriate person for assistance
● Maintaining an organizational calendar of events
● Point of contact for IT provider
● Distributing and picking up mail 
● Maintaining office supply inventory
● Developing and maintaining office procedures
● Active participation in staff meetings as notetaker
● Assisting with events administration when necessary
● Monitors the general email inbox and directs email to the appropriate teams
● Assist with national audit
● Maintains local, state, and federal compliance posters
● Completing and maintaining official registrations and contracts
● Maintaining organizational records and inventory of key documents
● Coordinating staff travel arrangement and related administrative tasks
● Complete all background checks needed for compliance
● Preparing deposits, invoices
● Assist preparing mailings to donors if needed

Human Resources Support:

 

● Developing and implementing processes and procedures.
● Recruitment management and posting jobs.
● Answering employee questions about benefits, organizational policies and procedures.
● Ensuring that employee paperwork is completed and properly stored.
● Performing all necessary background checks and maintaining confidential records.
● Supervising new employee onboarding.
● Researching and selecting employee benefits for Executive Director final approval.
● Managing employee benefit enrollment and renewal processes.
● Coordinating regular trainings for staff.
● Promoting an accepting and transparent workplace.

 

Maintaining Facilities:

 

● Researching and selecting contractors as needed
● Communicating with the landlord about safety issues and space concerns
● Providing the Chief Operations Officer with final options for projects
● Communication with vendors, brokers, and contractors
● Coordinating and overseeing facility expansions or updates
● Maintaining cleaning schedule

Required Experience and Skills:

 

● A minimum of two years of operations experience
● Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a well-organized attention to detail manner 
● Self-motivated and flexible 
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● 1-2 years of experience working with vulnerable communities 
● Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; familiarity with databases and office functions
● Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, and experience working with diverse constituencies
● Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure
● Ability to prioritize work and adapt to shifting demands and work situations, meet deadlines; maintain regular communication with supervisor regarding work plans, and proactively seek guidance regarding priorities and timelines
● Ability to maintain confidentiality, use good judgment, and follow procedures
● Ability to travel locally and adapt schedule to meet the organization's needs (i.e., some evenings and an occasional weekends)

Preferred Experience & Skills:

 

● Completion of two years of college or more in Human Resources or Business Management or similar strongly preferred
● 1-3 years of work experience, especially in an office or direct services role Familiarity with nonprofit organizations
● Basic knowledge of fundraising and events
● Database experience, donor databases preferred
● Experience working with children and families from diverse communities

 

This position works closely with all staff at the organization to ensure operational efficiency. This is a non-supervisory role. Occasional lifting of up to 25lbs may be required. Work hours vary but are generally 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, however, flexibility is essential. Employment contingent on successful background check.
