Senior Business Analyst needed for long term (1+year) direct client project.

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for Web Content/Analytics to join our client's team. This role will work closely with a team of IT, UX, and Business Partners to gather, analyze, document and prioritize requirements. This individual needs to have a deep understanding of large-scale websites. They will need to fluently communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and work successfully with large cross functional teams.

Required Experience:
-8+ years of hands-on Business Analysis
-Experience with Web Content and Analytics
-Managing full lifecycle from detailing user stories, designing process flows/use cases, defining metrics, monitoring development/bug fixes, planning UAT, facilitate A/B Testing
-Excellent written and presentation abilities. Able to effectively communicate to a global audience and to management
-Ability to clearly articulate strategy and requirements to management, partners, engineering, analytics and business partners
-Decision making and prioritization skills; experience planning complex production schedules
-Deliver personalized web experiences to improve audience targeting and conversion rates
-Transform large amounts of information to business requirements
-Exhibits high degree of ownership and accountability
-Track sprint progress using iteration burndown/velocity charts in Rally
-Measure performance, define KPIs and targets along with creating dashboards on Adobe
-Work with IT teams on developing and documenting the website content solutions, communicate the solution approach, identify any workarounds or gaps and design strategic solutions to address them

OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated professional with excellent analytical skills to join our growing finance/accounting team to assist the VP, Finance with building out the FP&A function and provide analytical/decision support to our management team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecast and long-range plan in ensuring alignment with corporate goals 
  • Perform financial analysis and management reporting to functional teams on strategic planning, budgeting, operations planning and budget vs actual variance analysis
  • Implement FP&A software and data automation projects 
  • Perform analysis of standard product costs, labor and overhead allocations and profit margins
  • Provide financial support for growth initiatives including product development, research partnerships/collaborations, commercialization and capital expenditure projects  
  • Support monthly/quarterly financial close activities and financial audits 
  • Participate in FP&A initiatives including identifying opportunities for process improvements 
  • Other duties as assigned 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, Google Suite and MS office Suite 
  • Knowledge of financial systems – NetSuite, Adaptive, or similar
  • Experience with financial system implementation 
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles

Role:
The CFO/CAO will oversee all financial and operational matters within Progress Foundation. The accounting team is made up of two Staff Accountants, two in payroll, and the Controller who is excellent. They also have a Housing/HUD expert that will report into this person as well as the Director of HR.

The role will primarily serve as Steve's right hand person, oversee the accounting department + manage FP&A, manage contract negotiation, and financial reporting to the Executive Director. Their operating budget is approximately $17M. The role is open because the current CFO is retiring in September.

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a Contractor Relations Manager to act as the primary point-of-contact and lead the day-to-day management of 1099 contractors and w-2 hourly employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-tech marketing or a related field. Primary Responsibilities

• Interact with other company personnel, outside suppliers, vendors, and customers, to ensure that the project specifications accurately reflect the customer(s) expectations, delivery schedule, and budget
• Ensure all corrective actions are responded to and resolved within a timely fashion and escalated as appropriate
• Develop internal and external reports accurately, including reconciliation, as needed
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately
• Monitor client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness
• Track client purchase orders and communicate status to the client regularly
• Attend company meetings and quarterly activities
• Establish relationships with clients to ensure the accounts are healthy and ever-growing
• Work with VP of Business Development to create new opportunities; ETMG offers a bonus plan for new clients
• Bi-weekly invoice tracking and data entry for client resources
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on customer service
• Home office – must have high-speed internet and computer system/software less than two years old
• Proficiency in Office 365; expert knowledge of Excel is required
• Experience with CRM tools
• Knowledge of FileMaker Pro is preferred
• Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and client accounts
• Must have experience managing projects with creative designers and writers
• Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently
• Ability to complete tasks and follow-up and proven record of meeting deadlines, with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail; takes pride in work, and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth
•Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
•Excellent math, written, and verbal communications skills

Envision Technology Marketing Group is seeking a detail-oriented part-time finance coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent math and communication skills and experience with bookkeeping. Some knowledge of Human Resources and Social Media is preferred.
We are looking for a critical thinker who is detail-oriented, organized, and flexible, with a can-do approach. This is a remote position; due to the remote work experience, the candidate must be self-motivated but also works well on a team

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with vendor & client account receivables (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
* Bi-weekly invoicing collection and data entry into a database
* Assist account managers with project tracking and renewals for our clients
* Provide backup to our human resource team
* Support the social media team as needed
* Assist CFO with a variety of other duties to be assigned

Required Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• 5+ years experience in finance
• Experience with bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Must have excellent math skills
• Must be highly proficient in MS Office 365 Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Knowledge of Ariba a plus
• Understanding of basic contracts
• Basic understanding of Marketing
• Successful working in a fast-paced, high tech environment
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, listening)
• Strong organizational skills to maintain digital files using Dropbox
• Strong attention to detail, with good follow-through and effective handling of time-sensitive issues
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting fast-paced changing priorities

This is a part-time opportunity, 20 hours a week with the potential to grow to full-time.
