Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a Junior Project Manager. This is a perfect position for new graduates looking to get their foot in the door of High Tech Marketing. We will train you to act as the primary point-of-contact for small client accounts, lead day-to-day management of client projects, and define and execute client development procedures. The ideal candidate will have some experience in high-tech marketing or a related field. This is a remote-only position.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tactical operational aspects of assigned projects
• Prepare and present project proposals or Statements of Work for client projects
• With client and project team members, determine goals, objectives, and scope of the project(s)
• Manage the project(s) by planning, determining resources, roles, and responsibilities; assigning tasks, creating schedules, meeting deadlines, arranging meetings, tracking budget and status, and communicating goals
• Work with internal staff to locate appropriate resources to complete client projects
• Use project management tools (including company database) to monitor each stage of a new project to ensure the project is implemented on time and within budget
• Interact with other company personnel, outside suppliers, vendors, and customers, to ensure the project specifications accurately reflect the customer(s) expectations, delivery schedule, and budget
• Ensure all corrective actions are responded to and resolved within a timely fashion and escalated as appropriate
• Develop internal and external reports accurately
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately
• Monitor client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness
• Track client purchase orders and communicate status to the client regularly to assure enough funds are available for the remainder of the project
• Attend mandatory company meetings and quarterly activities
• Possess strong relationship management skills and the ability to foster long-term client connections
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in account and project management
• Experience with CRM and project management tools, cloud-based document storage systems
• Highly proficient with Office365
• Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently
• Ability to complete tasks and follow-up activities consistently meet deadlines and strive to exceed expectations with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail; takes pride in work, and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• This is a remote position; the candidate must be set up to work from a home office environment.

This is an hourly position, 20 hours a week to start; expected to increase to FTE. Hourly rate $35-40 depending on experience level.

We're looking for an outgoing, creative individual with strong people skills, who is willing to learn on the fly. They must be outspoken about advocating for the user's needs and defending their design decisions.

- Own the UX lifecycle of their projects end-to-end: From the UX research phase, to low-fidelity wireframes, all the way to handing off pixel-perfect mockups

We are looking for a self-driven, passionate director of engineering to lead our engineering efforts and help us continue to build great products that are loved by our customers. To be successful in this role, you should be

You must be versed in agile development and have a very strong technical background and ideally prior experience as a product development engineer. Komprise customers include the who's who of enterprises across financial services, media and
entertainment, genomics, manufacturing, and public sector. Komprise has a very strong partner

With a growing customer base and solid results through the past 18 months of Covid, Komprise is
continuing to grow. Now as we release key features to facilitate and enable Big Data analysis, we are
expanding our Product Management team. We are looking for a Product Manager. The ideal person is
someone with great energy, passion and with prior experience in the Big Data space.

Responsibilities
- You will help form vision, roadmap, and goals for the product
- You will drive, develop, and launch products/features that succeed in the market
- You have the technical skillset to discuss and work closely with our engineers
- You will be hands on, write specs, manage project execution, and define product roll‐out strategy
- You will work with UX to ensure we provide easy, simple, intuitive UI
- You will work with engineering to ensure simplicity, quality, performance, and resiliency
- You will work with engineering, marketing, and sales to plan, build, and launch high quality product
experiences and features that maintain our first mover advantage

Requirements
- BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering or similar field or experience as a Software
Engineer, Designer, Product Manager

- 5 years minimum working as a Product Manager
- You think like an entrepreneur and can develop product/features that are a market success
- You can analyze and use data to make informed decisions
- You have a deep understanding and empathy for users
- You have a penchant for developing simple products that look and feel appealing
- You have launched multiple successful products and features
- You have worked on SaaS and cloud products
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You have demonstrated the ability to work cross‐functionally in a highly collaborative environment
