We are seeking a Product Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you will strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. You will work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

This is a salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.

What you will be doing:

Create and manage project plans including tracking milestones and calendaring needs for the Product Marketing team
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Create reports and status updates and define action items and tracking as well as gather information/data to support milestone completion
Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

What you bring:

3-4 years of experience in program management, SaaS experience is a plus
Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, etc.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to existing and new projects
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, self-starter mentality and is able to see a project through from ideation to final execution while incorporating feedback creatively
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere
Strong communication (verbal and written communication) and listening skills
PMP Certified a plus
Marketing and operations experience
Product Marketing experience a plus

Channel Impact is seeking a Partner Communications and Content Manager to join our winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing partner-facing content and assets as well as developing internal and partner-facing content and communications programs designed to educate and excite Partners. Critical to this role will be aligning with the client's global corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate has excellent technical writing skills, great project management abilities, a keen attention to detail, and has worked with or for a large technology vendor, Distributor, or Partner.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker in the U.S. and Canada.

What you'll do:

Manage 4-5 larger projects that are focused on delivering marketing content, communications, and strategies to/for/with partners along with owning smaller ad-hoc projects
Develop and/or refine digital assets (ie. one-pagers, eBooks, decks, and other assets as needed)
"Partnerize" content that was written for internal use
Thoughtfully engage with client's stakeholders in order to understand and align to corporate initiatives, messaging, and timelines
Leverage the client's platforms and processes in order to ensure frictionless adoption by Partners
Act as a liaison between multiple departments including Marketing, Channel, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Brand, and others to have visibility into all major initiatives and advocate for the partner component
Develop and manage segmented internal and external emails/newsletters and content hubs
Develop partner-centric messaging that integrates into the above existing activities
Initiate, repurpose, and/or complete "to" and "through" partner content, including pitch decks, case studies, sales sheets, videos, eBooks, and more, within the department or using external agencies
Stay in lockstep with the client's content and integrated marketing teams to maximize and leverage as much content as possible for the partner audience
Lead the strategy, curation, and development of partner campaign-in-a-box toolkits
Create and maintain partner content for the overall digital journey from the corporate website, partner portal(s), and partner websites/microsites
Champion the "voice of the Partner" within all activities
Ability to tell the whole solution story to and with our reseller partners
Participate in and assist in developing content and strategies for digital and in-person events

You're a great fit if you have:

3+ years of partner marketing experience in the high-tech industry (Required)
Experience producing digital content (eBooks, blogs, FAQs, Success Stories) (Required)
3+ years of product, solution marketing, or PR with strong messaging and writing skills
A portfolio of work that demonstrates versatility, creative thinking, and results (Required)
Strong attention to detail
Good project management skills
Understanding of online document collaboration using Office 365 and Google Docs
Strong PowerPoint skills & Microsoft Office skills
Good working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
A good eye for design aesthetics

We are seeking a Partner Marketing and Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our high-tech client helping to execute virtual and live events and other marketing initiatives.

This is a full time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker in the United States - West Coast.

What you will be doing:

Manage virtual and live events including, creating registration pages, hosting webinars, managing email invitations, recruiting booth staff, submitting and approving graphics requests, scheduling booth staff, and reporting (e.g. registrations, leads, lead funnel), event workback schedule, etc.
Create email invitations, thank you emails, etc. and interface with the MOPs team to pull contact lists based on past events and personas.
Create marketing campaigns in SFDC, upload and assign leads to appropriate nurture campaigns, track and report.
Develop and optimize BDR Outreach Sequences (CTAs, product information, qualifying questions) and engage with BDR managers and BDRs to learn what's working and what's not.
Package webinar assets for on-demand views and work with the web team to apply tagging and improve searchability, and the social team for promotion on social media.
Work cross-functionally to package and deliver sales and channel collateral on the website, internal marketing pages, and the partner portal.
Promote tech partner events to field marketing and find opportunities to integrate into their campaigns.
Manage the assembly of channel marketing kits and submit to the reseller channel portal for publication.
Report on event results and on-demand views and suggest ways to improve results.
In collaboration with the Marketing Data Science team, compile monthly and quarterly performance reports for marketing KPIs, including lead funnel and pipeline contribution.
Own the distribution of all new content across the website, partner portal, and trackers.
Create tracking URLs for social media and submit partner releases, news, events and new content to the social media editorial calendar.
Update and maintain the technology partner marketing pages
What you will bring:

​​5+ years of Partner Marketing or Event Planning experience in the high-tech industry (Required)
Experience in the network security space is a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and CMS (Required)
Experience with Splash, Adobe Web Analytics, Google Suite (Strong Plus)
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
