McKay Brothers, LLC, seeks an experienced accountant with Financial Planning & Analysis and general accounting experience to work at the Company's US headquarters in Oakland, CA.

The position reports to the Company's Director of Finance and entails no current supervisory responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working at an early stage company, with international operations, who desires to be hands on and take responsibility.

Competitive salary and benefits are offered commensurate with experience. This full-time position is available immediately. Applicants must be available to work on site in Oakland five days a week when office activity resumes in compliance with all measures and CDC guidance.



Primary Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following and others as assigned:



FP&A responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain financial models and detailed forecasts of the company's future operations
Gauge the Company's financial health using key financial ratios such as the debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and interest coverage ratio
Prepare internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making
General accounting responsibilities:

Maintain and communicate accounting policies and procedures
Ensure financial reports are US GAAP compliant
Ensure the integrity of the financial results
Key member of the global accounting team driving continuous improvements
Support the company tax accounting and annual audit as required
Special projects


Fixed asset accounting responsibilities:

Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets
Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger
Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation

Experience and skills:

University degree in accounting (advanced degree or accounting certification advantageous)
3+ years' experience with the last year in a similar role
Productivity Tool Experience - Microsoft Office and Accounting Software (Odoo)

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills

We're looking for a Director of Demand Generation who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via events, webinars, SEO/SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising and marketing with partners. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. - Develop strategies, design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline

Responsibilities
- Create and execute a demand generation plan and strategy that aligns with key business goals
- Increase new leads through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing tactics
- Track, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns on a regular basis
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure lead generation campaigns are aligned
- Build out and improve marketing automation processes, lead scoring and CRM integrations
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid distribution channels, SEO/SEM, webinars, virtual events, shows, email, PPC, social media, website, content engagement and blogs
- Present to sales and marketing executives to get buy-in, secure necessary budgets and report on results
- Will be responsible for driving key metrics such as Number of marketing qualified leads, Number of sales qualified leads, Marketing funnel progression and Conversion Rate (for landing pages, content)
You will measure key ROI KPI metrics like cost per acquisition per channel, lead to customer ratio per channel, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in enterprise SaaS products

- Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEO/SEM and paid digital
- Experience with running webinars, virtual events and tradeshows
- Extensive experience creating and running omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
- Extensive experience with Martech tools like Hubspot and ABM tools like Marketo

A community-based nonprofit organization in the Bay Area is looking for a Facilities Specialist responsible for troubleshooting all building-related repairs, preventative & reactive maintenance, and coordinating with contracted vendors to maximize optimal performance for all building infrastructure systems. The Fellow will also be responsible for gathering and tracking information related to the current building maintenance budget, billing & contracts and is responsible for keeping the integrity of the building's security operational and updated.
