Duration : 1 year +
This position includes coordinating and scheduling cross-functional resources. A strong Engineering background, including experience with software development processes such as Agile and Waterfall methodologies, is preferred. Experience in Financial industry a huge plus.
Required skills and background experience include:
* 5 or more years experience with technology industry projects.
* Experience managing multiple cross-functional engineering projects
* Experience in Clarity a huge plus
* Experience managing the deployment of developer tools, certification tools and release control procedures
* Experience with Agile & Waterfall
* Experience working with PMO organization
* PMP Certification is a plus
* Experience working with dynamic startups and structured large enterprise projects
* Experience in project managing large-scale and enterprise projects required. Prefer experience with large Internet, web-based projects.
* Technical background is a plus
* Roll out development testing
* Agile with distributed team
* The candidate should have solid experience with formal software development life cycles, especially in a Web environment
* Experience in problem solving, process improvement methods, and business re-engineering methodologies
* Proven track record in process definition and improvement initiatives.
* Experience in project management process; knowledge of project management software tools, templates and management techniques
