We are looking for someone with accounting and operations experience. This person needs to run inventory management and general operations (data entry, bookkeeping, Financial forecast, daily cash management). Experience with SOS Inventory a plus. Must know QBO, Excel and be an excellent communicator.
Manager company ERP system SOS (inventory program)
Implement company ERP related procedures.
Daily cash projections on a rolling basis.
Monitor accounts receivable and payment applications.
Liaise with employees in China (fluent Cantonese and/or Mandarin helpful but not necessary).
This can be a part time or full time position. Please provide the following information with your application:
