Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with mobile platform knowledge to join a rapidly growing team with energetic, dynamic, and talented people. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a combination of mobile app marketing experience, a data-driven mindset, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a 'roll up your sleeves and gets stuff done' attitude.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that support the business goal of acquiring new mobile users of the client's product.

Project Description:

* Mobile app release support and project management
Develop new content, work with localization vendors, and deliver metadata packages to engineering for beta and production releases
Coordinate with App Store Optimization (ASO) team on creative asset and metadata requirements to support ASO programs.

* Planning support
Work with product management, engineering, growth marketing, and other cross-functional marketing teams to collect monthly, quarterly, and annual roadmaps and maintain key go-live dates each week.

* Campaign content and messaging review coordination
Work with cross-functional marketing stakeholders to coordinate timelines and reviews for acquisition and engagement marketing campaigns and messaging with core product marketing to ensure consistent product positioning in all customer-facing marketing.

* Manage refund program
Work with paid customer support team to issue refunds within 24 hours of request and provide regular updates on status.

Qualities for Success:

* BS/BA 5+ years software, high tech, or management consulting experience
* 2+ years experience in mobile product marketing, including direct ASO experience.
* Experience with ASO tools like SensorTower, App Annie, app store testing tools like Google Experiments, StoreMaven, or SplitMetrics.
* Understanding of performance-based mobile marketing core concepts, including CTR, CVR, CPI, and LTV.
* Familiar with ad attribution platforms
* Experience working across various customer segments (e.g., consumer, SMB, and enterprise)
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
* Strong experience working with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
* Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical business issues
* Extraordinary communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
* A solid sense of self, balanced with the drive to put team first
* Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams

Hours per week, approximately 30

OVERVIEW
Finocchio Consulting is seeking a Partner Planning and Operations Specialist to join our Marketing, Channel Partner solutions, and Communication services team. This role delivers planning and operations services to support operations for internal planning for Global Partner Marketing team within our client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Operations
- Drive and implement a planning and operations plan with the leader of the team.
- Ensure operational activities and deadlines are reflected on required calendars with necessary reminders.
- Execute effective updates to the Global Partner Marketing team members with a cadence of communications (both outbound and on demand tools).
- Refresh and maintain department's SharePoint site for internal consumption.
- Facilitate and track quarterly and annual business planning.
- Facilitate and support quarterly business review (QBR) process from creating presentation template, to collecting and synthesizing team's quarterly metrics to preparing the QBR presentation.
- Drive the Insights and Analytics requirements for the Global Partner Marketing team based on aligning to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify and work with stakeholders to delivers on the data required to measure against requirements
- Collaborate with team members to monitor budget spend and allocation and interface with organization's Finance resource.
-Work with colleague to manage Global Partner Marketing surveys and partner community calls including track actions, follow up status, and provide analysis and insights.
- Maintain brand compliance on all materials.
- Moderate and execute Workplace Resource and Human Resource asks.
- Support management with internal training compliance reporting.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or Communications or related experience preferred
- 5+ years of high-tech B2B experience, preferably in a Marketing, Business Operations, Planning, or Communications role
- Working with a partner marketing, partner program, or field marketing team desired
- Demonstrated success with project management and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report metrics
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 (with attention to SharePoint, Excel, & PPT), Smartsheet, and Webex preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills a plus
