Job Description:
We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer to own the marketing funnel for our company. You will be responsible for developing programs to generate new leads and nurture them through the buyer's journey. You will leverage your B2B software expertise to help Cortical.io develop, enter, and succeed in our target markets. You will develop marketing campaigns and be responsible for our prospects' processes and experience. You'll manage the budget, processes and provide metrics and results reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, budget, and manage programs that generate leads in our targeted markets.
• Use Hubspot to track and nurture leads throughout the buyers' journey.
• Establish analytics to allow us to measure the success of marketing programs
and campaign performance.
• Develop, execute, and maintain demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer's journey.
• Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional approach to our marketing efforts.
• Update/create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
• Grow distribution across all channels.
• Develop strategies to ensure content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.
• Work with the marketing team to identify content needed to feed these programs.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to build programs that support sales enablement.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• B2B software experience.
• 10+ years' experience in creating, executing, and managing demand generation programs.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
• Proficiency in Hubspot & Salesforce.
• Startup experience.
• Bonus for:
• Experience targeting Financial Services and Insurance verticals
• Experience marketing Artificial Intelligence applications
• Experience developing European demand generation programs

Encore Paid Fellowship, HR Manager

Work Location: Mostly onsite at the Milpitas & Cupertino office
Start Date: ASAP

Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for those typically 50+ and retired or considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellowships include a stipend for 500-1000 hours of work, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.

For a SF Bay Area nonprofit focused on providing cultural programs and building a community for older adults in the SF Bay Area.
 
Project Scope:
-- Review HR processes
-- Revise internal HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance
-- Find ways to simplify / automate what we are currently doing
-- Preference for a candidate who is interested in transitioning the HR fellowship to a regular part-time position if there's a mutual fit
 
Stipend: $12,500 for 500 hours, with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 6 months, Flexible
