We are seeking a Partner Marketing Operations Specialist to join our winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations of our high-tech client's Partner Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is process oriented, enjoys vendor management, and has experience with Market Development Funds (MDF) and other partner incentives.

This is full-time, salaried position with Channel Impact that includes benefits. The role is open to remote worker candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

What you will be doing:
Entering purchase order requisitions into Coupa and tracking their status until PO is issued and routed to the appropriate vendors
Working with the partners to gather required information and documents to submit MDF and incentives following client's Finance policy, Partner Co-Marketing Fund policy and timelines.
Communicating timing of requests, negotiating alternatives and managing escalations
Gaining knowledge of client's finance policy including the Partner Co-Marketing Fund policy and timelines. This includes proactively working with Partner Marketing Managers (PMMs) to understand partner marketing plans and budget as well as guidelines surrounding each type of funding. You'll also work with key stakeholders to ensure policy changes are upheld.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure proper reporting of budget, spend and metrics in alignment with the cadence for reporting, quarterly, etc.
Providing reports to PMMs and management team on spend against budget highlighting opportunities and challenges.
Managing timelines and stated deliverables for assigned projects.
Performing various administrative duties in support of the Director of Partner Marketing and other related projects as needed.

What you bring:
5 years of partner marketing operations or similar experience for a high-tech company (required)
Experience with MDF and partner incentives is a (strong plus)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & SFDC (required)
Knowledge of Asana and Coupa (strong plus)
Excellent project management, organizational, negotiation and decision-making skills
Demonstrated problem solving abilities, including working with others to quickly reach sustainable resolutions
Ability to partner with internal teams, monitor workflow, and assure follow-through
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
BA or BS required

Event Program & Project Director – Advanced Clean Transportation | Santa Monica, California

Gladstein, Neandross & Associates (GNA), a leading clean transportation and energy consulting firm, is seeking an Event Program & Project Director to lead strategy development and project management for conferences focused on advanced and clean energy technologies and their various end use sectors—including municipal, regional and long-haul goods movement, transit/shuttle, school, construction, refuse, utilities/telecom, and more.

In this role, you will lead the conference program development process from start to finish, including strategizing session topics, formats, and speakers that showcase the projects and technologies driving sustainability across multiple commercial transportation sectors. Candidates should have demonstrated experience and interest in advanced clean transportation technologies and trends—including electromobility, hydrogen fuel cell, connected technology, low carbon fuels, autonomous, supply chain efficiency, and more—and the early demonstration projects taking place in commercial operations around the world. These conferences will support both fleet managers in transitioning to new technologies while also supporting technology providers in improving or launching product that resolves critical challenges in the clean technology market for commercial vehicle applications.

The ideal candidate is an extremely organized individual with a passion for advanced clean tech and experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. This position would ideally be in our Santa Monica, California office (hybrid schedule of three days in office, two days remote), but we are willing to consider a fully remote role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of this position include:

Lead the conference program development process, including strategizing session topics, formats, and speakers
Draft compelling agenda session titles and descriptions to attract fleet executive attendance
Identify and organize opportunities to host in-person or virtual tours so that attendees can see real-world projects firsthand
Coordinate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and provide direction on list development
Provide direction to the marketing team to support attendee outreach efforts, including reviewing email content/images, thought leadership articles, website content/images, promotional videos, event collateral and more
Identify industry associations to participate as "endorsing organizations" to help market the educational event to their members
Provide direction and feedback for sponsor/exhibitor outreach, including helping to identify target organizations and contacts
Collaborate with SVP of Sales to identify speaking opportunities for key sponsors and exhibitors
Participate in pre-event prep calls with speakers/panelists to provide direction to speakers on key trends/topics to cover, tips to ensure presentations are informative and compelling, and questions speakers might receive from the audience
Coordinate with VP of Events to develop run-of-show plans, including room set up, audio-visual plans, and event staffing schedules
Coordinate with Events, Sales, and Creative leads to develop, maintain, and successfully implement strict project timelines
Serve as an onsite liaison/handler for VIP speakers and panelists
Organize internal planning meetings with the event logistics, marketing and speaker support teams, including preparing agendas and status updates
Respond to technical inquiries from conference attendees and team members
Maintain awareness of the competitive event landscape, including tracking event dates/locations, session topics, speakers, sponsors; and exhibitors; attend competitor events, as appropriate
Identify ideal locations/dates to host the annual conference based on the competitive event landscape, opportunities for off-site tours, local sponsorship opportunities, and other factors
Drive process management including documentation of workflows, roles and responsibilities, post-event key findings, and refinements



Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field strongly preferred
At least five years of program management experience in a technical or policy field
Exceptional ability to organize, document, and effectively communicate complex ideas to a diverse audience
Experience developing educational events, conferences and tradeshow is a major plus
Strong interpersonal skills; high degree of responsibility, initiative, and professionalism
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptionally strong organizational, planning, communication, and writing skills
"Can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits:

· Project management: Provide efficient and cost-effective results on both client and company projects. · Outreach and Organization: Develop and implement strategies to communicate the objective of projects to diverse audiences, including business, government, non-profit organizations and community groups. Conduct surveying, data gathering, and informational awareness campaigns via telephone, internet, in person, and other outreach strategies. Interface directly with a variety of contacts in to gather information for various projects.

· Presentations: Prepare and deliver written and oral presentations which effectively distill and communicate GNA's and/or our client's project efforts, goals, and recommendations.

· Business Development: Lead and assist in the identification and new project and revenue opportunities with existing and potential clients.

· Firm Promotion: Actively contribute to the firm's development and growth by participating in internal initiatives such as administration, human resources, marketing, infrastructure development, and team development.
