What you will do:
Assess and identify areas for lead funnel conversion improvement, from data insights that inform lead scoring to the lead qualification process and handoff with the sales teams.

Manage and enhance the client's webinar experience by identifying and implementing an enhanced features toolkit including chat capabilities, polling, online Q&A, surveys, moderation, gamification and tech support.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of webinars and virtual experiences executed across marketing and sales.
Partner with product and solution marketing teams to build a roadmap of discussion topics, speakers, and agendas to support webinar execution across functions

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager, Virtual Experiences and Webinars. This role will be responsible for driving demand and pipeline conversion impact that will leverage digitally-driven virtual experiences throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative work ethic, strong bias for action, data-driven decision making, a conversion-focused mindset, and a passion to drive impact by delivering experiences that enhance the customer journey and exceed their expectations.
This is a salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S or Canada.
What you will do:
Lead a cross-functional effort to identify critical points in the customer journey and build/optimize digital experiences that enhance and accelerate velocity through each stage of the funnel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: web, marketing operations, sales, global programs, field marketing and data science.
Assess and inventory client's existing set of virtual experiences (cost calculators, test drives, free trials, virtual labs, demos, videos, gamification tools, etc.) and map to critical points in the customer journey - strategically identifying opportunities to enhance and inform customer experiences while influencing the pipeline.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to build persona and product driven customer experiences by leveraging digitized virtual experiences and webinars. Continually drive optimization through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis.
Define client's global webinar strategy and have responsibility for scaling our webinar program into a lead and pipeline generation engine across our entire portfolio of products and solutions.
Be responsible for planning the client's global quarterly webinar calendar of live, 3rd party and on-demand events in partnership with integrated marketing and field marketing, diving deep into performance analytics to optimize program results and develop a standard set of best practices (based on industry standards), dashboards and performance benchmarks.
Manage and enhance the client's webinar experience by identifying and implementing an enhanced features toolkit including chat capabilities, polling, online Q&A, surveys, moderation, gamification and tech support.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of webinars and virtual experiences executed across marketing and sales.
Partner with product and solution marketing teams to build a roadmap of discussion topics, speakers, and agendas to support webinar execution across functions
Collaborate with global programs teams to build email copy, landing page copy, webinar abstracts, communications cadence and other supporting promotional materials based on industry best practices.
What you bring:
5 years of experience in B2B marketing
Knowledge of Smartsheets preferred
Experience working for a Tech company
Strong Project Management skills and understanding of Project Management processes, PMP certification is a plus
Proficiency using webinar tools
Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized and responsive
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business Administration
