Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a Program Manager, Content. In this role, you will use strong project management skills to help the team develop a seamless learning experience for client teams and customers.
• You must have experience with content as a program or project manager and be technically minded. Experience working on technical projects is a bonus.
• You will partner with the Sr. Program Manager to run the content development lifecycle.
• You will drive the content creation and delivery process and support content alignment projects, working with cross-functional teams.
• You will closely align with Instructional Designers, Content Designers, Production, QE, and other Program Managers to ensure the successful delivery of content aligned with our content strategy.
• You will improve teamwork, communication, execution, and alignment with core teams and partners across the Creative Cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities
• Drive large-scale content delivery projects aimed at scaling our help and learn ecosystem through self-serve content experiences
• Plan, schedule, and deliver learning content
• Drive communications, transparency, and coordination across teams
• Drive and manage dependencies
• Identify and manage risks impacting the content creation process
• Drive and assist with special projects and initiatives
Requirements
• We are looking for someone with a consistent track record of program or project management experience working with large content efforts across cross-functional teams, coupled with the capability to juggle and prioritize many projects simultaneously.
• Leadership and experience in identifying and solving broad and complex issues, along with the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, a high-performance individual with a strong process and metrics focus and a real passion for getting things done.
• Strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships
• Experience working in Airtable, Slack, wikis, Dropbox, and Dropbox Paper is a plus. The ability to learn and work comfortably in these tools after training will be required.
• Access to a personal computer for the first year of this project; you will be provided an email and access to the client company system.
This is a contract opportunity, 40 hours a week, remote opportunity. Hourly rate $60-65/hr. The project is expected to be long-term. If you meet the qualifications above and would be interested in working with ETMG please submit a cover letter and resume.
