Work host: South Bay nonprofit whose mission is to prevent homelessness and hunger in our local community.

Work scope: Grant writing and management. Position will focus on writing grants, maintaining the organization's grant calendar and creating grant reports. Fellow will prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to private foundations, corporate foundations, and local, country, and federal government. In addition, fellow will support the Development Director with grant reporting.

Mission: Holiday event in San Jose provides a traditional holiday experience for hundreds of thousands of people in the greater San Jose area. It is a free event which spans Thanksgiving through January 2nd.

Work scope: Support Executive Director and staff with administrative work, running the office, improving processes and helping with some of the programs. The Fellow will work in our warehouse offices, along with the rest of our team. The fellow will work closely with those inside the organization including the Executive Director. The fellow will
provide onboarding for new members. The fellow will also work with
people outside of the organization, as needed.

The fellow will be working 20 hours a week. Collaborative work and interaction is expected. Ideally, we would like the Fellow to be onsite during the 20 hours. Over time, more flexible work location is possible.
Stipend: $25K for 1000 hours
Work Location: San Jose (onsite)

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a Program Manager, Content. In this role, you will use strong project management skills to help the team develop a seamless learning experience for client teams and customers.

• Leadership and experience in identifying and solving broad and complex issues, along with the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, a high-performance individual with a strong process and metrics focus and a real passion for getting things done.
• Strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships
• Experience working in Airtable, Slack, wikis, Dropbox, and Dropbox Paper is a plus. The ability to learn and work comfortably in these tools after training will be required.
• Access to a personal computer for the first year of this project; you will be provided an email and access to the client company system.

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a passionate digital marketer to work on a long-term project for one of our clients' Demand Generation team. This position will focus on paid media lead generation strategies that directly impact the business's top-line growth. The role will be accountable for managing demand generation campaigns across all digital paid channels.

You will contribute in a meaningful way to develop, implement, and execute media strategies that meet aggressive growth goals across the journey, with a special emphasis on the lower funnel (lead acquisition). You will work cross-functionally with media agencies, partners, and the demand team to execute media plans, optimize, and analyze performance. You will lead the day-to-day operations and support driving performance improvements through all digital channels which include (but not limited to) paid social, paid email, webinars, SEM, content syndication, and other 3rd parties.

The successful candidate is data-driven, who thrives in bringing order to ambiguity, is a self-starter, and has a keen ability to adapt quickly and support others through complex situations. Additional expectations for this role include leading campaign performance analysis, assisting in forecasting, managing platform access and ad operations, and identifying innovative tests and learns that help pushes the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
• Ownership of the day-to-day tasks & stewardship of all digital cross-channel campaigns (inclusive of SEM, Paid Social, Paid Email, Content Syndication, and other 3rd parties)
• Agency Management – communicate business direction to the agency based on Juniper marketing goals, systems/operations architecture, tracking needs
• Stakeholder Management – partner and collaborate with several internal teams, including global demand gen and field marketing in AMER, EMEA, and APAC, to ensure paid media campaigns ladder up to overall marketing objectives and goals
• Analyze and evaluate lead performance on a weekly/monthly basis offering up hypotheses helping to answer the "why?" behind the numbers while also helping to identify optimization opportunities
• Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and managing actualizations
• Pull cross-platform performance reports & provide insights to assist in developing strategies and marketing decisions
• Assist in developing lead forecasting recommendations
• Identify new, innovative ways to drive acquisition through the different channels via test and learns
• Ensure campaigns adhere to digital best practices and be an ambassador for digital media within the business.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years in advertising specializing in performance marketing channels
• Proven track record in delivering successful and cost-effective digital campaigns (SEM, social, email, programmatic, content syndication)
• Collaborative mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building relationships within the agency and across stakeholder teams.
• Experience managing global agencies and large advertising budgets at an ad agency
• Understand B2B technology advertising. The candidate does not need to be a B2B expert, but they must understand some important differences between b2b and b2c advertising
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to cross-functional teams and management
• Attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Expert in tagging, trafficking, and QA-ing campaigns

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a passionate digital marketer to work on a long-term project for one of our clients' Demand Generation team. This position will focus on paid media lead generation strategies that directly impact the business's top-line growth. The role will be accountable for managing demand generation campaigns across all digital paid channels.

You will contribute in a meaningful way to develop, implement, and execute media strategies that meet aggressive growth goals across the journey, with a special emphasis on the lower funnel (lead acquisition). You will work cross-functionally with media agencies, partners, and the demand team to execute media plans, optimize, and analyze performance. You will lead the day-to-day operations and support driving performance improvements through all digital channels which include (but not limited to) paid social, paid email, webinars, SEM, content syndication, and other 3rd parties.

The successful candidate is data-driven, who thrives in bringing order to ambiguity, is a self-starter, and has a keen ability to adapt quickly and support others through complex situations. Additional expectations for this role include leading campaign performance analysis, assisting in forecasting, managing platform access and ad operations, and identifying innovative tests and learns that help pushes the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
• Ownership of the day-to-day tasks & stewardship of all digital cross-channel campaigns (inclusive of SEM, Paid Social, Paid Email, Content Syndication, and other 3rd parties)
• Agency Management – communicate business direction to the agency based on Juniper marketing goals, systems/operations architecture, tracking needs
• Stakeholder Management – partner and collaborate with several internal teams, including global demand gen and field marketing in AMER, EMEA, and APAC, to ensure paid media campaigns ladder up to overall marketing objectives and goals
• Analyze and evaluate lead performance on a weekly/monthly basis offering up hypotheses helping to answer the "why?" behind the numbers while also helping to identify optimization opportunities
• Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and managing actualizations
• Pull cross-platform performance reports & provide insights to assist in developing strategies and marketing decisions
• Assist in developing lead forecasting recommendations
• Identify new, innovative ways to drive acquisition through the different channels via test and learns
• Ensure campaigns adhere to digital best practices and be an ambassador for digital media within the business.

Qualifications
• 3-5 years in advertising specializing in performance marketing channels
• Proven track record in delivering successful and cost-effective digital campaigns (SEM, social, email, programmatic, content syndication)
• Collaborative mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building relationships within the agency and across stakeholder teams.
• Experience managing global agencies and large advertising budgets at an ad agency
• Understand B2B technology advertising. The candidate does not need to be a B2B expert, but they must understand some important differences between b2b and b2c advertising
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to present to cross-functional teams and management
• Attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Expert in tagging, trafficking, and QA-ing campaigns

Requirements:

Established and maintained book of business within the marketing, digital, creative, or event space ranging from C-Suite to Managerial level contacts, a must have
Solid track record of developing new client business with a contingent workforce and/or marketing and communication services "product"
Demonstrated major account success in a direct, quota-bearing sales role, with examples of the sales approach employed and proof sources of client growth, client satisfaction, and long-term consultative client relationships
Proven ability to open, develop, and sell into major accounts. Reference and documented major account results will be an important element in the selection process
Expertise in selling services or staffing ideally into marketing organizations, bringing experience and credibility to Crawford Group's presence and subject matter expertise to create peer-to-peer client meetings
Knowledge of the functions within a marketing organization and/or experience selling new business for consulting/services agencies preferred
Ability to create, manage, and deepen customer relationships through consistent connection and problem solving
