Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Program Manager for a client company in San Jose. The Program Manager will be responsible for Document Cloud B2B Go-To-Market to help drive SMB and Mid-Market programs for the client. The person will partner with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders to manage the planning, tracking, reporting, communication, and execution of key projects, programs, and initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities
• Lead all aspects of program management for clients B2B Go-To-Market to ensure projects, programs, and initiatives are executed on time and on budget.
• Work closely with GTM to ensure proper prioritization and visibility for multiple workstreams.
• Implement Program Management best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and accountability.
• Build partnerships internally and cross-functionally that will impact the team and business.
• Drive day-to-day progress of programs & projects while keeping teams informed of progress and risks at various levels of management and across organizations.
• Identify potential risks, create mitigation plans, and engage the right partners to remove obstacles to success.
• Facilitate alignment and flow of information and best practices between the BU and regional teams.
• Ensure alignment and clear expectations with stakeholders on all aspects of projects and programs.
• Be comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving, dynamic environments, and demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for process improvement.

Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience program/project management experience preferably with large, global technology companies
• Strong organizational skills, capable of concurrently managing multiple projects with overlapping timelines
• Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams; ensure alignment and set clear expectations with internal partners
• Proven track record navigating ambiguity and change to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• High attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly resourceful and self-motivated; proactive problem solver with a bias to action
• High EQ; ability to build strong relationships, read an audience, engage, and encourage action
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Certification in project/program management a plus

This is a full-time, 40 hours a week project, guaranteed for 6 months with the possibility of an extension. The hourly rate is $58/hr.

The Program Compliance Monitors, under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer, will establish protocols and policies for compliance with grants and program delivery, including monitoring of compliance, analysis, and post-award services to assure compliance and specific requirements are met, serving as a resource and internal liaison to program staff on grant compliance, creating control structures and systems to track objectives, internal reporting, monitoring and benchmarking.

Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager for Marketing Communications to join our team. In this role you'll build a scalable content creation and distribution strategy, write clear and catchy copy, and develop a range of assets to meet quarterly and yearly goals. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Design, telling engaging stories that illustrate how the company helps customers win in their markets every day. This is a full time salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.

What you will be doing:

Own the end-to-end content strategy and create assets that build brand awareness and engage prospects across the buyer's journey.
Identify content gaps and develop assets to fill those in an effort to tell a cohesive story and how to deliver value for our customers.
Lead the strategy, development and promotion of social and webinar programs.
Partner with product marketing and design leads to recommend copy updates and drive optimization of the company website.
Recommend strategies for content distribution across a variety of channels, including both paid and organic.
Monitor and optimize these channels to ensure they are performant and pivot when needed.
Personalize content for our different target audiences and verticals.

You're a great fit if you have:

4+ years of content marketing experience
Understand the enterprise sales process
Know the role of content in driving prospects through the buying journey
Know content marketing is more than just content production
Can talk to and have experience in content distribution and measurement
Are a great storyteller--and you know how to bring a humanizing touch to B2B technology
Worked for an enterprise SaaS company that's gone through growth and the learning curve that comes with it
Strong writer, even when working against a tight deadline
Curious and have a bias for action while bringing a customer-first mindset to all that you do
Strong project management skills with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed
BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
