Inventures Marcom Program Manager
An Inventures Marcom Program Manager provides services to Inventures alliance and association clients by supporting and interfacing with the Executive Director, Director of Communications (both Inventures team members), plus the client Board of Directors and client Committee/Working Group Chairs when needed. The Manager acts as an overall coordinator of client marcom activities and as a go-between between the client and Inventures staff who are providing other services to the client. This role could be fully remote.

Marcom Program Managers typically provide the following types of job functions to clients (as needed):

Marketing & Communications Committee Support – Provide administration support for client committees [number of committees supported and amount of support provided will vary based on size of the client] – including:

Coordination with committee chairs and executive leadership
Committee meeting and agenda coordination
Coordinate meeting logistics
Participate in meeting
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Track action items and deliverables
Calendar management
Create and maintain member portal/workspace document repository folder structure
Provide Committee Chair with periodic financial updates and assist with budget evaluation and planning
Assist with special projects and initiatives (document archives, membership recruitment and retention programs, etc.)


Marketing Committee Deliverables

Quarterly marketing metrics report and slides
Newsletter coordination, content production, and editing (member and external)
Provide input and manage marketing plan and marketing KPIs/DRIs
Coordinate and manage press release distribution
Coordinate marketing giveaways and manage marketing inventory
Support industry event marketing endorsements
Develop or coordinate collateral design and production
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, WeChat, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Organize webinars and internal virtual meetings
Website (design implementation and maintenance/content updates)
White paper development and management
Develop/proofread/edit press releases, blogs, presentations and other collateral
Support content creation and membership communications
Manage event calendars
Manage co-marketing support with liaison organizations

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for our silicon valley client. The Field Marketing Manager for North America Channel Partners is a role that requires strategic thinking as well as the can-do attitude of a proven individual contributor. The Manager will work with partners and internal stakeholders to create and execute the marketing/demand generation strategy for North America Channel Partners. Primarily- but not exclusively- in the United States and Canada. The role will also include marketing program development and execution.

Critical to success, the candidate must have an understanding of the business problems facing today's IT decision-makers, a deep understanding of channel partners, a track record in developing strong relationships with partners as well internal sales/product/marketing teams, and a relentless focus on metrics and results.

Responsibilities include:
• Working closely with key internal stakeholders (sales teams, corporate marketing, solutions marketing, and technical experts) to help develop and define the go-to market strategy and demand generation strategies… And executing the marketing component.
• Assisting partners in accelerating and creating sales opportunities that drive Juniper revenue.
• Day to day project management and execution of custom and strategic plans including demand generation, virtual and/or live events, training, and awareness.
• Building relationships with partners, sales, marketing, and product management personnel at various levels to identify new opportunities that benefit both the partner and Juniper.
• Developing an understanding of the customer and the strategies and objectives of Juniper's direct and partner sales teams.
• Managing budget of Opex & MDF funds
Required skills/experience:
• Must have channel experience, working with partners
• Results driven; does what it takes to get the job done and naturally goes the extra mile.
• History of building and maintaining successful relationships with sales teams and partners in order to build a marketing strategy and then implement it. Specific examples and references will be required.
• As an individual contributor, have a range of marketing analytic, strategic and tactical skills to execute the agreed-upon plans and to take on new tasks as plans change to get the job done.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with limited direction/supervision as well as to adapt to continually changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes.
• Strong collaboration skills to interact and influence key stakeholders in the business groups, marketing, field, and channel teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a can-do attitude and the ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
• 5+ years of technology marketing experience with an understanding of the channel.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales automation systems.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

This is a long-term, 40 hour a week, paid hourly, remote opportunity. Hourly rate $50/hr.

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Localization Project Manager for our client in Sunnyvale, CA. The Localization Project Manager will work closely with the Localization Program Manager to help coordinate ongoing localization projects and ensure high quality, on-time project completion. This role will help manage marketing content localization for global web properties, campaigns, blogs, assets, etc. You will work closely with stakeholders in different regions and help to support local marketing needs. The ideal candidate has a passion for developing engaging customer experiences, enjoys learning and bringing new ideas to the table, and adapts to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Project manage localization for our global websites, campaigns, assets, and other content types requested by internal stakeholders
• Track project progress to ensure that quality, deliveries, and cost stay on plan
• Provide regular status reports and proactively offer solutions to ensure projects progress well
• Facilitate effective communication within the project team (translators, engineers, publishers, etc.)
• Work closely with localization program manager on deliverables and schedules for web publishing
• Work with the team to help ensure global SEO, tagging, and anything else that is needed to validate launches

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with web content
• Proficient with web content management systems (CMS) – knowledge of AEM is a plus
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise translation management systems and tools – knowledge of XTM is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
• Mature, self-starter, determined, entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation
• Must be flexible to work various time zones when needed
• Multilingual is a plus
• Remote opportunity; must-have a home office
• Must be located in CA, CO, OR, TX, VA, UT, or WA

This is a long-term, 40 hour a week, paid hourly, remote opportunity. Hourly rate depends on experience; max of $45-55/hour.
