Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations, for US citizens, typically 50+ and considering retirement, with 20+ years experience, who wish to move to the social impact sector for their second act. Fellowships include a $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours of work, usually part-time for a year, with the opportunity for education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.

For a non-profit focused on STEM education for youth of color.
Project Scope:
- Participate in the training, managing, and evaluating 4-5 program managers
- Create and implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations of programs and program managers.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to improve the organization's direction and activities.
Work Location: 100% Virtual
Stipend: $25K for 1000 hours with the possibility of extension
Work schedule: 20 hours/week for 12 months or as per the availability of the fellow
