Role: Channel Project Manager- Partner Feedback
Client: Networking Leader

Time Commitment: Full time

Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking an experienced channel project manager to support the client's efforts to collect partner feedback via focus groups across the various routes to market and geographies. This is a W2 opportunity at Bergerson Group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clearly document, track and project manage all steps, deliverables and action items related to the partner focus groups.
- Clearly communicate project status and risks to the client on a regular basis
- Collaborate with geo channel marketing leads to select partners for participation in the focus groups
- Work with external vendors to design and deliver partner focus groups
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to integrate their requirements in to the focus group process
- Prepare reports summarizing the learnings from the focus groups
- Prepare presentations for the Senior Manager to present to key stakeholders
- Manage the focus group event calendar
Skill Sets:
- 5-10+ years of channel program experience
- Strong understanding of partner business models, especially Distribution, DMR and System Integrators
- Past experience at a Fortune 500 company is a plus
- Global project management experience a must
- Exercise excellent judgment to select methods and evaluate criteria to achieve desired results
- Ability to negotiate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
- Expertly manage internal/external vendors and track budgets
- Influencing skills with senior level managers/directors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very comfortable designing and delivering presentations to senior level audiences including client's internal leadership, customers and route to market partners
- Excellent project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Team player, willing to go the extra mile when needed
- Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative
- Excellent time management skills
- Consistent follow-through on projects
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Proven ability to multi-task
- BA or BS Required. MBA preferred.
