In order to continue our growth, Akraya is actively expanding our Sales and Business Development teams.

We are seeking a proven, quota carrying sales performer to own and expand our relationships within assigned major account(s) in the US. This position is based out of our Sunnyvale, CA office and offers tremendous growth for the right individual.

Job Duties:

• Drive revenue and gross profit growth with assigned account(s) to achieve annual and quarterly targets.
• Employ consultative selling and establish a trusted talent provider relationship with hiring managers within an assigned account(s); determine the client´s needs and involve the client in determining how available Akraya services benefit their P&L, performance and deliverable schedules.
• Develop deep relationships within assigned account(s) through networking, referrals, cold calling, direct selling, etc.
• Uncover opportunities to accelerate account growth by identifying key program initiatives, new hiring managers and corporate directives; manage risk associated with these programs and others affecting the Akraya workforce.
• Closely understand client talent requirements to enable the recruiting team to most effectively find and place candidates within the account; manage the relationship with the assigned recruiting resources ensuring they are receiving the requirement details needed to maximize their success.
• Manage candidates through the placement process to ensure a high fill rate with high client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage associated metrics and forecasts.

Job Requirements:

• 3 - 4+ years in a quota carrying revenue position, meeting or exceeding quota attainment.
• 3 years consultative sales experience sales experience are required.
• Prior experience in the IT staffing or consulting services market required.
• Strong financial and analytical skills and familiarity with enterprise candidate sourcing and vendor management tactics.
• Possess key entrepreneurial traits such as confidence, an inquisitive nature, resiliency, tenacity, high energy, self-reliance, independent thinking, a sense of urgency, persistence, drive, determination and professionalism.
• The successful candidate will be a good conversationalist who is energized by meeting and talking with people.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment concurrently managing multiple requirements to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player.
• President´s Club and other awards of recognition are highly desirable.
• Prior experience selling IT staffing or consulting services to clients like eBay, PayPal or Cisco a plus.
