Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Content Manager for Marketing Communications to join our team. In this role you'll work together with our client to create and deliver digital content in support of client success. The ideal candidate is a strong, creative content writer with a deep understanding of not only social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion, but also, customer needs and journeys.

This is a salaried position with benefits, for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.

What you will be doing:

Experience writing digital content for organizations centered on social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
Utilizing your amazing writing skills to create engaging digital assets across a variety of communication mediums applying diversity and inclusive strategies to language, copy, photos, and video content
Collaborating with the client's internal and external content production team members, departments, clients, and vendors to create digital assets
Writing and copy-editing web pages to improve the user experience
Researching and developing both original content and supplied, relevant industry content as it relates to agency and client objectives for both social and other forms of digital media
Working collaboratively with key team members, departments, clients, and vendors to build strong content and digital campaigns to best communicate brand stories and social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Crafting web-based digital campaigns including written, photo and video content using client resources
Keep current with emerging digital media behavior, trends, and technologies –both inside and outside client's industries
Create then manage content library, archiving outdated content and copy, stay connected to language or messaging changes made by business so that changes can be applied to content in a timely fashion
Providing guidance on new tools and technologies to be incorporated into the organization to increase their digital marketing presence
Leveraging analytic tools to provide reporting and insights, track and improve metrics, and influence testing and strategy as it relates to consumption of web-based digital content

You're a great fit if you have:

8+ years of communication experience for a high-tech company
5 + years' experience writing diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice content
Excellent PowerPoint skill
Highly skilled at storytelling and copywriting
Superior listening and interpersonal skills
High levels of tact and diplomacy
Consultative skills
Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom. Experience working on high profile initiatives that require confidentiality and discretion
BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
