Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Customer Reference Program Manager (contractor) for our client to help develop their enterprise customer advocacy program. This person will work with our client's reference program team to identify, recruit, and onboard new customer advocates.

Some of the responsibilities will include working with our client's customers to create new customer stories (case studies), customer testimonial videos, identify customer references for 1:1 peer calls, help drive peer review programs on sites such as Gartner Peer Insights and recruit customer speakers for the client and industry events. This person will work cross-functionally across many departments including marketing, sales, customer success, professional services, and PMM.


Your day-to-day
• Cultivate both customer and internal relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their customer advocate needs
• Communicate with customers who have shown interest in becoming a customer advocate, welcoming customers to the program, and identifying the customer's advocacy interests
• Drive customer advocacy projects, including new case studies, customer videos, peer reviews, peer and analyst references, etc.
• Update customer advocate management system (SFDC)
• Track and update customer advocacy content in our sales enablement system
• Grow our customer speaker bureau, identifying and tracking customer speakers by product/solution
• Provide additional project-based support as needed

What you bring to the team
• Customer-first mentality and passion for building customer-facing programs
• 2+ years of experience running marketing programs in SaaS, Cloud, or IT Security enterprise software
• Experience executing customer advocacy or customer marketing programs
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with sales enablement and marketing platforms (Salesforce/Marketo/Kapost/Seismic experience is a plus)
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak with customers at the executive level
• This is a remote position.

This is a long-term, 40 hour a week, paid hourly, remote opportunity. Hourly rate $50/hr.

Fellowships include a $25,000 stipend for 1000 hours of work, typically part-time for a year, education on the sector, and networking with a cohort of peers.

A a Bay Area non-profit focused on food insecurity is seeking a Safety Consultant Fellow.
This Fellow would complete a comprehensive analysis and audit of organization's
current safety structure including its policies and procedures, risks, and needs across the
following settings: warehouse, transportation, office, volunteer program and distribution sites.

The fellow will develop a recommended plan of action resulting in a written safety
program/plan guide with best practices, suggested implementation tools and timeframes.

Responsibilities:

Perform organizational safety audit/analysis
Create safety plan with best practices
Skills:
Experience in workplace safety, environmental health
Safety experience with warehousing, office and fleet management
Knowledge of company safety policies, safety training.
Strong communication and collaboration skills


Stipend: $25,000 for 1000 hours
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for 12 months, Flexible
Work Location: Hybrid remote/office structure (Bay Area)
