Looking for a Director of Global Analyst Relations for a fast-growing, pre-IPO security leader in SF.

This can be a fully remote/WFH position –and company will consider strong candidates based anywhere in the US!

The company is in hyper-growth mode, investing heavily in marketing and is committed to growing its organization in 2022 with A-players to help drive the company's impressive trajectory and future IPO. This is NOT a PR or part-time AR role – this is a pure play AR position.



Must Haves:

- 10-12 yrs experience in communications, marketing or public relations, with at least 5 years experience leading a global analyst relations program

- Must have a strong security background to be considered for this role – i.e. currently working or have worked with security companies in an AR function

- Proven track record of successfully overseeing submissions/activities/events for Gartner, Forrester and IDC, as well as maintaining year-round analyst programs

- Strong executive presence and confidence with C-Suite and department heads
-Knowledge of AR best practices, and ability to structure and manage effective analyst engagements
- Proven ability to build executive relationships, prepare senior spokespersons and create engaging analyst experiences
- A self-starter and independent-thinker who is able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing marketing environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for container services, you will be creating the most compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, and building the right marketing programs to drive customer engagement and service adoption. You will also work with the services teams to shape the product vision and prioritize features. You will get to work on a new and rapidly growing business and have a big impact every day.

Strong preference for this position to be in Seattle, Washington, Virginia or Palo Alto, California, but open to candidates near any AWS U.S. Corp office. Key job responsibilities
• Craft and execute campaigns and leverage multiple channels to reach our customers and help grow their understanding and usage of AWS container services
• Own messaging and position for container related services
• Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences
• Develop detailed campaign project plans, creative briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, adoption campaigns, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule
• Define business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for related campaigns
• Work effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, digital marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve our joint business goals

A day in the life
The product marketing team works on creating compelling positioning and marketing content to support product launches and campaigns that will help customers modernize their applications. We all have a bias for action for developing awesome marketing assets (e.g., website, videos, success stories, blogs, presentations, sales enablement tools, etc.). We look for ways to measure the impact of our work on service growth. We transition from working on strategic plans or creative ideation to detailed execution. We all work together and pick each other up when workloads shift. This helps us manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years experience in fields such as product marketing, technical pre-sales, consulting, training, marketing communications, or digital marketing

• Ability to easily transition from creative ideation to detailed execution.
• Experience writing clear and effective professional communications in narrative form.
• Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
• Excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations and tradeoffs to peers and senior executives.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
