Channel Impact is looking to add an Customer Experience Center (aka Executive Briefing Center) Program Manager to our winning team. In this role, you'll balance designing, developing, and delivering outstanding meeting experiences for the client's customers and strategic prospects, while also thinking strategically about building, growing, and scaling the client's Customer Experience Center (CXC) program.

This is a salaried, 6-month position, with the potential to extend. It is open to remote workers in the San Francisco Bay Area. This position is primarily remote with possibility for in-person events in San Francisco.

What you will do:

Design and co-create customer-centric, outcome-based interactive and experiential customer visits that will cater to Executive, Line of Business, and technical audiences…all at the same time
Write briefing documents, attend pre-briefing calls, develop winning agendas made up of technical and strategic content topics relevant to the customer, and consultatively match the best Executive and subject matter expert speakers for the customer and opportunity
Work collaboratively within a 'Team of Teams' from across the entire client & Partner Ecosystem
Exhibit excellent presentation, speaking, and communication skills
Plan, coordinate, design, and attend CXCs at key 3rd party and client hosted events during large well-known conferences
Be responsible for the CXC request process from day one, leading the request, insuring SFDC updates are complete, and CXCs are fulfilled within the appropriate SLA
Improve the process by which executive availability is determined, logistically planning and sourcing the right speakers for each CXC
Define critical metrics for your CXC program ownership, determining target goals for the number of monthly and quarterly CXCs by region and tactics by which to attain these goals
Own communication and partnership with client sales, educating them on CXC value, process, and benefits
You're a great fit if you have:

5+ years of marketing/event experience
Experience working with sales organizations in B2B SaaS a plus
Strong process orientation with priority for quality
Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail, and strong follow-through
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Exceptional leadership skills w/ executive presence
Data-driven and experience with SFDC a plus
Strong project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (required)

Channel Impact is hiring a Market Development Fund (MDF) Program Manager to join our team of Channel Careerists. In this role, you will be working side-by-side our high-tech client to build and grow their Global MDF program. You're the right fit if you're considered the MDF subject matter expert (SME) who knows all of the MDF best practices in order to help our client develop a formal global MDF program that's structured, drives the right partner behaviors, and gets results. We are seeking someone who has solid program management experience and loves to build, but also can roll up their sleeves and execute.

This is a full-time, salaried position with Channel Impact, that includes benefits. This role is open to remote workers currently living in the U.S.


What You Will Be Doing

Taking the current MDF Program(s) and consolidating them into one structured program for all regions to adopt, using recently developed program guidelines
Understand all of the program and operational variables (including compliance) and coordinate with the global teams (sales, IT, finance, legal, marketing, etc,) to provide recommendations on how the new global program should be structured
Recommend industry best practices for MDF wallet allocation, eligible activities, approval times, proof of performance, etc.
Prepare plans for MDF program roll out, including Partner Training & Communications
Work with Finance Team to implement funding expectations
Evaluate the budgeting process per region/countries and how that will be managed and funded
Implement the program using a phased approach, targeting client's top-tier partners
Help partners to leverage MDF, manage the program, analyze the results, and report those results back to management for continued growth and improvement

You're a great fit if you have:

8+ years of developing, evaluating and deploying Global MDF Programs
Strong Project and Program Management Skills required
Technically savvy with strong Excel skills
Ability to effectively work across organizations to solicit input and establish consensus
Bachelor's degree required
