Based on my experience it is impossible to separate testing from rest of development work in Agile. And as a general agile coaching the book "Agile coaching" was a very pleasant surprise of major aspects in coaching in general and several quality & testing-specific viewpoints. The book also gave me relevant tools for coaching also in plan-driven context.
