Role: Sr. Channel Program Manager
Client: High Tech Leader
Location: SF Bay Area, Required to be on site at the client
Timeframe: February
Time Commitment- Full time

Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking an experienced senior channel program manager to support our client's efforts to grow their market share in existing accounts through a series of global strategies and incentives across various routes to market.
This is a W2 opportunity at Bergerson Group.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Develop strategies and supporting programs to increase market share in targeted accounts
•Identify route to market programs and target partner list to enable growth in key accounts
•Develop and execute channel programs for partner enablement.
•Influence and/or lead partner programs across the various organizations and geographies.
•Help to educate internal stake holders on best practices for increasing account penetration rates
•Work with the client to provide quarterly reports to the channel leadership Develop executive level presentations designed to communicate the impact and value of this growth initiative
Required Skill Sets:
•10+ years of channel program experience
•Experience running programs that focus on developing and retaining new accounts, via the channel, is a plus
•7+ years of global experience
•Understanding of and experience in developing and executing programs to a market/channel segment.
•Comfortable working across organizations (sales, marketing,etc)
•Proven track record of working with executives
•Strong mix of strategy and execution skills
•Solid understanding of partner business models
•Good reporting and analytical skills
•Specific industry experience at Fortune 500 companies with a good understanding of storage networking
•Ability to work in a cross functional, matrixed organization
•Works with only minimal management participation
•Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
•Excellent follow-through and ability to track and communicate ROI
•Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment. Very good under pressure
Typically requires BS/BA degree. MBA preferred
