Change Management consultant with Marketing background - at a leading Silicon Valley networking firm.
Start: Immediate
Employment terms : W2 or Corp to Corp/1099 or Full time
Rate: Corp to Corp ~ $70 : Local San Francisco Bay Area candidates please : this is an immediate role for which no relocation is offered. [adjusted rate on W2/ Full time]

Candidates with Hi-tech /networking industry experience with experience in Marketing functions may receive stronger consideration; however, candidates with other industry backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Must be / willing to be hands on : Strategy is needed but Execution is going to be the KEY.
• Deliver on the marketing plan for internal change that is being planned
• Work closely with Client managers to clearly define / review and get approval on the plans and associated change management deliverables
• Execute on the change management deliverables in a timely and professional manner and deliver the necessary artifacts including marketing plan / change plans
• Work with any cross functional teams to drive/ execute on plan / deliverables
• Design and generate necessary supporting metrics as needed
Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 5 + years of relevant experience with skills in Change Management / Organizational Design and Communications
• Big 4 consulting background desired but not necessary
• Hi-tech Industry experience with Marketing background is a plus
• Must possess excellent soft skills and be able to establish coordinal working relationship with client manager and team members while also being assertive enough to be effective.
• Deep familiarity & proven experience on executing industry best practices for Change Management concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills; must have outstanding presentation development and delivery skills, with ability to inform, influence and impact cross functional teams and leaders. Deliver high impact, effective communications material and guiding client leadership and project team members through a professional Change Management approach
• Readiness to adapt and commitment to do what it takes to satisfy demanding clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Ability to influence while working collaboratively with cross functional teams; create comprehensive project plans
• Bachelors or Master´s Degree required
