Video stream back through mjpeg and output to AIR will be tricky unless you have a streaming server and serve over UDP protocol.

Definitely need a server to push data into the AIR application.

If you prefer to access offline mjpeg video, it should be easy as using netconnection.

IP camera is not attached to current computer. and just provide a access ip that is a mjpeg format file.
