Title: Order Management - Track Lead
Location: Fremont
Duration: 6 months to start with, possibility of extension later
Rate: Best Competitive & Market Rate for immediate interview, All Inclusive only
• An Order Management Track Lead with minimum of 10-12 years of Oracle experience.
• The candidate should have strong customer service orientation and an EXPERT in Oracle Distribution modules including:
o Oracle Order Management
o Advanced Pricing
o Oracle Inventory
o Oracle Shipping
o Intercompany accounting
o Oracle Purchasing
• Must have 4+ years experience as an Oracle Order Management/Distribution Lead participating in and supporting large scale full-life cycle implementations.
• Must have at least two full life cycle implementation as a functional lead.
• Must have the ability to talk with the business users in their terms.
• Develops and maintains a complete and accurate understanding of how one or more business units conduct its business. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the business´ current technology and infrastructure.
• Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, environment, thriving on challenges (including helping redesign business processes, people building, influencing organizational behavior, etc).
• Must have strong leadership skills to be able to step in and take on a bigger role when the need arises.
• Very strong soft skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Other helpful experience includes Multi-Org structures; customer, supplier and item masters; flex fields; workflow; familiarity with Oracle Metalink, Oracle Discoverer and Toad.
