[agile-testing] Cucumber and Ruby

Hi Guys!

I would like to ask if anybody knows a beginer not very complicated framework for these tools? 

I'm looking to get into it and I know that there are many problems with huge feature files and a huge Ruby framework which gets unmaintainable after time. 

So I'm looking for some papers or examples as to how to avoid these?
