[Windows Azure] IDE for Node.js?

We are reviewing the following, may be there are others: 

Cloud9 IDE (local version)

WebStorm with the NodeJS Plugin

node-inspector (great walkthrough on getting this set up by Glenn Block) 
 

Note: Let us see when Visual Studio and Eclipse start supporting Node.js
