We are looking for a Sr. Executive Communications manager to focus on the creation of internal and external executive communication content for a variety of client executives. The content must be of the highest quality, creative, compelling and aligned and integrated with the appropriate corporate, cross-functional, and functional messages within the global high technology client.
This is a 3 month, 40 hours per week role, onsite at the client's offices in San Jose, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee. The project is likely to renew quarter to quarter for the foreseeable future.
Responsibilities:
•Creation of high quality, creative, integrated executive communication content
•Ensures content is consistently integrated with functional, cross-functional, and corporate messages
•Creates original compelling, executive-level content for internal and external communication
•Responsible for leading, managing, and developing team of content developers and graphics designers
•Responsible for building and managing relationships and budgets with the Bureau's preferred graphics partners and content development partners
Candidate Must Have:
•Ability to teach, coach and develop others; strong peer influence skills; strong executive influence skills
•Strong understanding of global high tech company communication community and culture
•Proven executive communications professional
•Expert at message integration and alignment
•Ability to visually tell stories; outstanding writer; skilled at PowerPoint
•Ability to manage budget, timelines, vendors, forecasts and content metrics
•Able to work in fast paced, start-up culture
•Bachelor's degree in communications, English, business, or related.
•15+ years of internal / external communication, marketing communications, or related
