Channel Impact is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for working alongside our high-tech client to execute operations for internal planning and accountability within the global partner marketing team.

This is a full time salaried position, as a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.

What You Will be Doing:

Communications and Operations

Provide timely updates through various real-time channels such as Webex and Sharepoint
Facilitate and track annual and quarterly business planning
Collect and synthesize the team's quarterly KPIs and metric reporting
Collect information from team members to prepare the Quarterly Business Review presentation decks
Collaborate with team members to monitor budget spend and allocation
Help with distilling actionable insights from partner surveys
Participate in partner community calls and track key actions for follow up

What you bring:

5+ years' experience working on cross-functional teams for a high-tech company (required)
Experience in the partner community is strong plus
Proficiency using Smartsheet and WebEx
Microsoft Office 365, with strong experience in & comfort with PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Experience building strong relationships with an integrated group of collaborators
Experience working with senior executives, driving, and implementing an operations plan
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Solid influencing skills and talent development skills
Emotional intelligence and experience driving strategic decision making
Strong written and content communications skills
BS/BA Degree
