We are currently looking for a Global Account Coordinator to support the strategic business initiatives of the company, along with the Director of International Business Development (DIBD).
As the Global Account Coordinator you will be responsible for:
• Tracking, managing and following up on all international sales leads.
• Providing administrative support for the operations and systems management of International Sales Division (ISD) designated global accounts.
• Attending key national conferences and other networking events representing the International Sales Division to help promote and speak to CPP's global capabilities.
• Assisting clients as needed with placing orders.
• Setting up new accounts for international clients, helping them become familiar with their administrative platform and working with them to resolve any technical difficulties.
• Researching key international companies as targeted by the department, consolidating and reporting the data quarterly.
• Providing project management and administrative support to the DIBD on various initiatives and projects.
• Tracking, organizing and providing product usage reports to the client as needed or requested.
• Working with our distributors to gather business information on key international clients, placing orders and/or resolving order processing issues for clients.
The successful candidate will have:
• At least two years' experience, preferably working in HR, OD, Business, or related field
• BS/BA [or higher] in Psychology, HR/OD, Business, or related field
• Experience with customer support
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time within the US.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with potential and ambition to use such skills in public speaking/training/facilitation contexts.
• Ability to handle and manage conflict
• Demonstrated high levels of responsiveness, organizational and follow through skills.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage to deadlines effectively.
• Proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to facilitate and negotiate divergent viewpoints, with cultural sensitivities.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
The ideal candidate will also have:
• Previous experience working with international or multi-national clients
• Working knowledge of client management software
• Additional language skills
Additional language capability is a plus.
