Full-Time Position, Immediate Availabily
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30– 5:30 pm
Contract position at a flat fee: $900/week; two weeks paid vacation

Description:
Museum Tour Coordinator, Front Desk Receptionist and Onsite Manager for the corporate museum of a technological company in the Silicon Valley.
This full-time position requires excellent communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as both a manager and team player. A successful applicant will be able to work independently. Management experience, solid computer skills and strong organizational skills are required. Presentation skills / theatrical experience strongly desired.
Responsible for:
- Supervising of a team of tour guides, assigning tours and classes and overseeing team performance and timesheets
- Greeting and interacting with museum visitors
- Scheduling multiple daily classroom and client tours, coordinating complex requirements of both public and corporate clients
- Scheduling the tours both manually and using an online calendar tool
- Interacting with the public and corporate clients through phone and email
- Administering daily museum operations (dry cleaning, supply ordering, checking exhibits, etc.)
