Rate: $65 /hr on 1099 or C2C ; adjusted rate on W2.
Start: Immediate ; potentially long term contract.
Client: Role is at large Networking firm based in Bay Area, CA
Local Candidates please : No Relocation is offered

This Sr. BA / BusinessPM role will have the responsibility of assessing current processes / policies repository and define/influence the to be state.

Desired Skills & Experience

Must have: 3 -5 years minimum as a BA/PM with hands onexperience in business process design / mapping.
Six sigma / BPR best practices
Strong skills in As-is/to-be Business process mapping, gapanalysis, requirements elicitation
Experience with cross-functional team and work on majorcross-functional impacting projects.
Must have sound communications and analytical skills
Finance background / functional knowledge desired
Candidates with Hi-tech /networking industry experience with background in Finance and Marketing functions may receive strongerconsideration; however candidates with other industry backgrounds are alsoencouraged to apply.

Comfortable with independently handling basic PMresponsibilities (planning, scheduling, status reporting)
Experience in working with IT to have requirements delivered
Strong analytical skills in order to understand and drive the plan
Manage issues and risks through an on-going process of identifying, assessing, tracking, developing and executing risk mitigation strategies
Effectively communicate the status of projects and escalate issues as appropriate
Finance experience, MBA preferred
Engagement with change management and release management
