Business Development/Sales Manager
We provide professional services and software solutions in the areas of internal audit, SoX and close optimization.
Our Internal Audit/Sox offerings provide our clients with cost efficient and effective implementation and on-going compliance solutions.
We are also selling and implementing a software-service solution which is revolutionizing the approach to managing and optimizing the financial reporting and close process.
We are looking for a business development/sales professional to help take us to the next level by driving sales and business development to the next generation of customers who are looking for results-oriented solutions.
You will develop and manage client relationships with new and existing clients that will lead to new business. You will create strategies to penetrate new territories that will result in new opportunities. You will use your fearless cold-calling techniques and networking skills to target key decision-makers who will benefit from our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
•Work closely with our Operations Manager who will help you generate leads appropriate to our target market base and develop client relationships in finance and accounting areas of target companies
•Discipline with conducting outbound calls to initiate interest in the product and set appointments
•Develop a plan for using marketing programs to develop leads
•Target and access key decision makers; introduce The Resultants services, software and compliance solutions
•Assist in developing project proposals and delivering our solution to key financial decision-makers
•Continuously innovate creative ways to sell our solutions and products


Qualifications
•Previous experience selling in a solution sales environment related to software SAS solutions, compliance, audit or SoX
• Professional services sales experience with financial services and/or technology consulting is a must. Financial acumen is desired.
•Demonstrated track record of success against quota
•Excellent communication and relationship development skills
•Experience in negotiations and in articulating complex solutions
•Ability to successfully interface with C-level executives, management and financial decision makers
•Strategic approach to selling and closing complex transactions in a B2B environment
•Self-starter who is motivated to drive business in an unstructured environment
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•Good project management skills
•Bachelor's degree in accounting or business preferred with an understanding of Compliance and Accounting services solutions
•Strong computer skills and usage of a CRM
•SalesForce experience is a plus
