We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Program Manager for a 1 year contractor role at a global high technology company in the South Bay. The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for partnering with senior team members to manage and execute global integrated marketing plans.

This is a 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in the South Bay, CA. The project term is 12 months. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:
•Partnering with Product and Solutions Marketing to develop strategic global marketing plans
•Thorough understanding and contribution to content and strategy to enable impactful marketing plan design and execution.
•Identify team members required to deliver program plans. Define and communicate team roles.
•Hold planning meetings to ensure all program and project plans are aligned.
•Organize and lead weekly program team meetings
•Manage programs to ensure timely and consistent delivery of activities and deliverables globally via project teams and global marketing activities and functions.
•Responsible for developing strong relationships with required functional areas and agencies, to ensure positive program adoption and enablement through execution.
•Develop communications plans aligned with other programs, including internal and external communications.
•Manage process and implement approaches that will assist with cost-savings and create efficiencies for the team.
•Prepare marketing activity reports and project dashboards, to communicate program status on a regular basis. Budget planning including tracking of POs and invoices against budget.

Requirements:
•Strong, proven project management and communications skills.
•Organized, detailed focus, process oriented, and able to multitask.
•Proactive self-starter who can manage virtual teams and keep projects on schedule.
•Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, globally
•Experience with metrics and reporting
•Bachelors degree
