Job Opening KSA Bank - On Site Systems Support Ref (OnSiteSupp) eBSEG (eBusiness Solutions Enabling Group) is one of the highly specialized companies in developing eBusiness systems operating out of Egypt and serving the whole Middle East, specializing in Building Web, SMS, WAP and IVR Systems. eBSEG has several critical deployments in Different Countries including Gulf Countries and others KSA Bank - On Site Systems Support Ref (OnSiteSupp)   Job Type     Full Time  (Saturday – Wednesday KSA)  Work hours to match support requirements   Job Description • Dealing with customer queries/support requests. • Handle support contract Service Level Response Times. • Perform support via on-site. • Escalation and reporting of major issues. • Troubleshooting of client issues on site. • Learning & familiarization with new systems added to product set. • Handle Internal Systems support for server / client issues and availability of services. • Help Development Team in Testing of new systems/modules.   Skills • Good accuracy and attention to detail. • Well organized and capable of working to tight deadlines. • Show willingness to learn new technologies • Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • The ability to work as part of a dynamic team. • Have the ambition, ability and personality to pursue a career in a front line position. • Build & maintain relationships.   Education Level B.Sc of Computer Science or Eng.   Required Position Junior / Senior   Required Experience 1 to 3 year   Computer Skills Excellent   Male / Female Males Only   Job Requirement & Qualification • Knowledge of client server applications • Complete knowledge of MS office is essential. • Experience of Support • Experience in Windows server 2003 • System Backup and Restore • Working knowledge of TCP/IP • Understanding of hardware • Experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 • Programming knowledge or experience in ASP, .NET, XML, Java   Job Location People who already have Permanent stay in KSA without work Visa are highly welcome  Ø§Ù„اشخاص الذين لهم اقامة في السعودية ولا يحتاجون الى فيزا عمل لهم الأفضلية Click Here to Submit CV   You MUST indicate in your Email/CV Last salary if applicable Marital Status Clear Detailed Military status Availability / Required notice period Recent picture is plus (if photo scan available) IF you have any current Iqama in KSA please mention details CVs not including the above information will NOT be considered
