From a development perspective, needs to have experience in designing XSD schema and WSDL .Needs experienced with the different parameters used to tune the BW engines. On EMS needs to be clear about the nuances of working with sessions, message producers etc. . MUST have a great understanding of SOA/ESB design principles was weak.
Should have experience with Hawk and Tibco RV
