===The Opportunity===
The client's Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective email marketing programs to their customers. Their goal is to drive long-term growth for the organization through innovative, impactful, and scalable programs. They are looking for a motivated and creative marketing manager to join them in translating business goals into engaging customer experiences through email.
In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you'll plan, build, and execute scalable, predictable, and repeatable lifecycle programs that drive active use and improve the customer experience for flagship SaaS applications.
===What You'll Do===
-- Drive adoption and active use for their SaaS product while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization
-- Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly communications plans, gaining consensus across the organization
-- Build collaborative relationships with key business partners across the organization, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership
-- Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models, and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact
-- Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify the impact, identify trends and encapsulate key initiatives
===What You Need to Succeed===
-- Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
-- Robust analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends, and pursuing the right questions to take action
-- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines with minimal oversight
-- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
-- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiency
-- 2+ years experience, BA/BS degree
