OVERVIEW
Finocchio Consulting is seeking a full-time Partner Marketing Program Manager to join our Marketing, Channel Partner solutions, and Communications team. This role delivers marketing and communications services in support of our client's Global Partner Marketing (GPM) team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Partner Marketing Managers (PMM), Business Development Managers (BDM), and regional stakeholders to develop marketing plans and execute on these plans driving "WITH" partner marketing efforts for the joint relationships/solutions. Support "TO" and "THROUGH" partner marketing efforts if part of overall Partner Marketing plans. The ideal candidate will understand multiple routes-to-market with special attention on strategic partners, managed service providers, and ecosystem acceleration partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide marketing planning and execution for the routes to market the Global Partner Sales Organization utilizes or is activating.
- Drive and execute programmatic marketing services (outlined in our GPM Center of Excellence) and project manage the integrated marketing activities.
- Build and refine marketing services aligned to key GPM goals while managing relationships with approved digital content, demand generation, publishing, and other vendors as needed.
- Communicate and report regularly to stakeholders on status of partner marketing activities/projects.
- Facilitate statement of work (SOW) procurement process in conjunction with budget approvals ensuring timely implementation of quarterly marketing plans.
- Track, report, and analyze key metrics as needed for quarterly business reviews and to measure effectiveness
- Work closely with global partner marketing, global partner organization/sales, solution teams, and regions to develop and deliver marketing activities to support all levels of the marketing funnel from Thought Leadership to Awareness to Demand Generation
- Help drive creation, execution, and maintenance of collateral, communications, presentations, and web postings that support strategic and transformational partners (i.e. Maintain partnership digital platforms including company website partnership pages and internal platforms)
- Facilitate correct use of client's brand (brand reviews and corporate editing approvals)

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related experience
- 6+ years of B2B Marketing and Communications experience, preferably in tech
- Previous experience working in a Field or Channel/Partner Marketing function or for a Channel Partner desired
- Demonstrated success with project and program management
- Strong writing skills a plus (digital marketing success with modern marketing skills)
