We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to help manage and grow our global marketing initiatives in support of sales and marketing objectives. The manager will participate in all aspects including marketing campaigns, lead scoring, lead nurturing, reporting and integration with the CRM as well as management of the MarTech stack. You should be a marketing automation professional able to leverage marketing and sales analytics and well-versed in digital marketing and nurturing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Emphasis on strategic planning of marketing automation programs using the Marketo platform, including message planning, advanced segmentation, journey building, drip campaigns, list hygiene, A/B testing, abandonment, optimization, scheduling, template setup, and reporting.
- End-to-end customer lifecycle, overseeing & developing various touchpoints in the customer journey
- Assist in identifying advanced segmentation strategy that encompasses various customer profiles
- Provide reporting, analytics, and actionable insights and share this as best practice across all regions
- Assist in planning and messaging
- Test and optimize email and landing page templates
- Help ensure all tools in tech stack are leveraged to full potential
- Actively participate in strategic and tactical planning to drive growth
- Become proficient in the Treasure Data CDP and execute marketing use cases
- Manage multiple projects for a variety of stakeholders simultaneously, in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
- Rollout successful programs across countries / regions
- Support EMEA and US Marketing team programs (potentially India)
- Document existing processes and creating new processes where required
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of marketing operations experience
- Marketo marketing automation platform experience and current Marketo Certified Expert certification required
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and experience successfully collaborating with sales
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyze program effectiveness and measure ROI
- Experience creating and operating multi-region, multi-language campaigns for the EMEA region
- Ability to support across time zones (CET/ET/PT)
- Comfortable creating process flows and documenting processes (existing and from scratch)
- Strong understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
- Knowledge of data enrichment, standardization, and normalization
- Experience with omnichannel, full lifecycle marketing and engagement campaigns
- Team player with outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically, identify opportunities, and identify and resolve problems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to foster strong, professional relationships across all levels
- Account-based Marketing (ABM) experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with LeanData, Triblio, Pathfactory, Outreach, personalization and other marketing tools
- Exposure to customer data platforms such as Treasure Data and advanced reporting tools such as Tableau
- Must be fluent in English, but facility with European or Asian languages is also useful
