Product Manager, Payment Products

Product Manager – Payment Products will work under general direction and will be responsible for a complex Payment product line, including requirements gathering and working closely with the development team to deliver high performing features on time and within budget. The product manager will also work closely with sales, marketing, and support to ensure our product compliments our business model and grows ezRez into a large and profitable company.
The Product Manager is expected to:
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from product requirements to an agile based development process to adoption by the ezRez client base
• Work collaboratively within organization to leverage platform capability set with Payments product
• Work cross functionally across analytics, account managers and engineers to deliver high performing and well adopted products
• Deliver well documented internal and external Knowledge Base product material
• Participate in prioritization of product roadmap by balancing the needs of the end customer and client base with key revenue drivers for ezRez
• Stay abreast of ever changing technology, customer adoption and market opportunity trends in conjunction with the marketing
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis that identifies areas to improve product performance and flexibility
• Interact comfortably with a geographically diverse set of customers
• Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development and the market
• Lead our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities
• Lead development of requirements documents and use cases for new product features
• Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features
• Conduct business-level verification and market testing of new features
• Become an expert on other products in the marketplace
• Be a go-to person and strategic leader within the company
Desired experience and expertise:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager for a major eCommerce payment product
• Experience with payment related fraud prevention strategies
• Experience as a Product Manager for a software product (B2B or B2C)
• Experience with agile development processes
• "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, startup attitude
• Natural ability to relate to customers and prospects
• Ability to work with different people across a team effectively
• Bachelor´s degree required (MBA or other Master´s preferred)
• Remarkable references
