SECURITY SOFTWARE SALES Executive
LOCATION: Michigan, Indiana, Ohio Region
THE JOB
Our client has an immediate opening for a driven, versatile technology sales professional with enterprise sales skills. The position focuses on selling solutions in the network security and/or configuration, compliance and vulnerability/risk management market. A history of proven sales success is mandatory, as is customer commitment and employment stability.
You will cover the marketplace in the Central US (IN, OH, MI, KY). This position will promote and sell advanced agentless solutions focusing on Configuration and Compliance and Vulnerability/Risk Management, and Security Information Management and Benchmarking of Security Metrics at the CIO/CISO Level.
Reporting to the Director of North American Sales, you will be responsible for selling enterprise-wide security, configuration and compliance, and SW/HW solutions to C-level management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years experience selling network security solutions.
• 3-5 years experience selling systems and networking solutions.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
• Experience selling networking products to C-level executives in Global 2000 accounts.
• Experience with and the ability to demonstrate consultative solutions selling.
• Must be tenacious and success-oriented, a self-starter with high energy.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment where action and initiative are prerequisites to performing well.
• Strong business, communications and information technology knowledge.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge relating to company and competitor's offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration would be an asset.
• Experience using Salesforce.com highly is desirable.
Base $120k bonus $120k
Position will be based in OH, IN, or MI. RELO assistance is NOT available.
