The Director of Marketing holds the senior position in the Mobile Security marketing department and oversees the execution of all programs and strategies. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and programs. The Director of Marketing contributes to the development and growth of the organization through multifaceted roles, and works closely with management and the sales team to define the organization's objectives and plan marketing strategies and budgets in order to realize the goals of the business unit.

Responsibilities:
• Define, develop, and implement the marketing and positioning strategy for the business, with the goal of developing a highly effective marketing plan and establishing the company as the thought leader and market leader
• Develop and facilitate marketing communication plans, and ensure that marketing objectives are being met
• Define and implement strong quantitative metrics and reporting, conduct customer research, and plan advertising and promotional activities
• Manage outbound marketing communications and demand generation while working with the company´s Global Marketing organization
• Manage the high level relationships with the corporate HQ marketing resources that support the Mobile Security business unit in the key areas of digital marketing, demand generation, PR, and other services
• Lead and manage team of direct reports
• Manage the marketing budget
Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, including experience in the IT security industry
• A proven ability to handle a team, along with presentation and analytical skills, is a must
• Bachelor´s degree is required; MBA is preferred
• The ability to work in a complex environment with high energy levels is also required
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
