Remote Position
3+ Month Contract

Summary
TechWorkers is seeking a Researcher for their client's learning organization which provides a blended learning model that combines curriculum, assessment, and instruction with hands-on labs to improve student learning-all mapped to IT industry certifications. This Program is for students preparing for careers in networking, information technology, and/or higher education in engineering, computer science, and other fields. The Program currently involves over 500,000 students in over 160 countries.

Description
We are looking for a product/customer/ecosystem researcher. The Researcher's goal is to understand the customers (e.g., what they like about our current product, what they don´t like, what should be changed etc.).

Duties
• Work independently- little direction
• Product and customer research and evaluation
• Qualitative and quantitative research experience
• Research cycle: Plan, implementation of plan, analyze, communicate findings to leadership Coordination of all research related activities
• Experience in business setting Initiate communication with stakeholders at various levels of organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Qualifications
• 5 years of research experience in the product/customer/ecosystem field
• PhD or Master's degree and equivalent research experience in the education, social sciences, product evaluation, or program evaluation.
• Experience with product or program evaluation in educational or social programs
• Evidence of strong oral and written communication skills required
• Strong analytic skills required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
