Initial Call is a virtual sales consulting firm that provides pre-sales research, B2B sales opportunity qualifying, and sales campaign support services to companies who outsource their inside sales operations. Initial Call clients include professional services firms as well as software and product companies who sell to businesses across all verticals.

WHAT WE NEED: FLEXIBLE SALES MANAGERS

When working on a project, our Sales Managers:
• Penetrate identified prospects, cold call, and book qualified sales appointments.
• Document all calling activity in our clients' CRM databases.
• Work in a virtual team environment, under the direction of a Project Manager.
Our Sales Managers must posses:
• Proven success in B2B sales. We prefer a strong background in full life-cycle hi-tech field sales and B2B professional services sales.
• A proven ability to make cold calls, navigate organizations and gatekeepers, handle objections, and set appointments.
• A sophisticated understanding of how businesses are organized and operated.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com (or other CRMs).
• A fully-equipped office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• A professional demeanor with an aggressive, creative, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Initial Call contracts with highly experienced professionals who have the above experience in their backgrounds.

IMPORTANT: When contracted on a project, Sales Managers work 10 to 25 hours per week from their own offices. Compensation includes a competitive hourly base pay plus commission for setting phone or face-to-face appointments for our clients´ sales executives.
We are positioned to meet our clients' project needs at any time. What this means to you: Sales Managers are contracted as needed on Initial Call projects that best fit their experience and expertise.
